Great location as a base to visit this beautiful island. Everything available on site and can’t fault the owners or their staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !

There wasn’t free wifi, differently from what is claimed in the description! Neither free A/C (I didn’t need but still expected to be free).

The garden is nice as well as the balcony on the room! It’s not a new structure, but nothing different from what is shown in the pictures

Beautiful gardens the smell of the flowers and trees are amazing also quite place not far to walk to the city and sea ⛵ I rent a bike 🚲 for a week with back basket 🧺 for me shopping only 30euro amazing stay! Also Tuesday hotel BBQ is a must delicious food made Greece stile bbg served with salads home made bread and Owen roasted potatoes and sauce.thank you if going back to Rhodes I will definitely be back there.

Wifi was very poor and not functional. It was noisy at nights due to some other Italian guests having party on their balcony at 2-5 at night.

Beds really wasnt comfy, paying extra for the air con, safety deposit box and sunbed covers - i think these should be all included within the price as standard. The breakfast was very basic and would like to have seen the bar stay open if there were paying guests that required another drink.

Friendly welcome, someone met us to check us in, bar stayed open due to late arrivals, very clean, friendly staff.

There was a really unkind man on the reception, he would barely greet us when we would pass by and say "Hello". When we asked for the key of the safe, he rudely said: "Give me six euros and it's yours." Also, it should be more clear in the description when you book the hotel that the AC and wifi are extra charged. For me, in 2024. it is absurde to charge this things. On the other hand, when we got there, the AC was already on, so it was working while no one was in the room. Also, you can not put it on and off by yourself, someone needs to do it from the staff. So, if you want it, it is working all the time, day and night which is also absurde, not to mention that it's just irrational, uneconomic and unecological. And yes, it will cost you 10€ per day!!!

Everything was fine, breakfast was good, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location is also good for us, not that far from the beach and not far from centre of the place. Most (all of them besides one person) of the staff is really nice and kind.

The remote control of the a/c system guess they give it to you during checkin process. Nevertheless it was late 01+ and we didnt want to bother once we realised it wasnt in the room. I right this just fyi to ask it, if you have a late flight, not as a negative point.

Had to pay extra for aircon (€15 per night) even though it was stated as a feature on booking.com. Also had to pay extra for a cushion for the sun loungers.

for the night when i noticed that I don't have the remote control for the air conditioner they asked for additional fee which wasnt mentioned before. That was annoying. And the next day in the breakfast when we were looking for greek feta cheese. I couldnt see anything there. They said normally they don't serve it. So it was a bit annoying to ask for it.

swimming pool was important for kids and they enjoyed it well, it was clean.
