General over all atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. Staff especially the cleaning ladies were both extremely friendly and very loving towards the children. Very clean hotel and perfect quiet locations close to lovely restaurants, the beach and little local shops.

The wi-fi was very very weak in the last room. The bed was too soft and short for us.

Quiet, familiar place in Agios Sostis. Very friendly staff. We were in room 105, there the wi-fi was so weak, we had to go out to the bar to get the connection. Wondered why the pool is closed after 8pm. It has very good water and romantic feeling at night.

Fantastic accommodation and very friendly and welcoming host! Jenny was very accommodating with our delayed flight and waited for us to arrive with a happy face. The room was very large and missed nothing(from a cool fridge to a cooker with oven, crockery and pans) . We had everything we needed, the room was lovely and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. While there was no dish washing detergent, the cleaners washed everything every single day! Many thanks! They offer breakfast on request for 6 euro each and 4 for children under 12 years and also have food for lunch and dinner at cheap prices and a bar! The beach is max 5 minutes anyway and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around! Excellent location and accommodation with value for money. Highly recommend and would definitely come here again!

Very welcoming and friendly, clean comfortable room, good pool, nice quiet location, 5 minute walk to sea front with lots of nice restaurants and bars, 20 minutes walk to laganas. Pool hours, i think they were 9am to 7pm would have liked a early morning swim before we went out exploring and evening swim in the late sun, but I understand that wouldn't be suitable for everyone, don't let this put you off this really is a superb place to stay and if we return to zakynthos this would be our place to stay again.

The service at the pool is a bit slow and the equipment in the room is a bit incomplete (there are not enough glasses, cups for the people in the room). Apart from that, everything was perfect!

We spent 10 nights at the hotel in high season with friends. The staff was very kind and helpful (in the room we accidentally burned the kitchen counter with the stove and Panagiotis didn`t even make us pay for the damage!). The accomodation and the pool were clean, the rooms were comfortable and quite large. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach and there are a few nice restaurants nearby. We had a great time here and recommend the hotel to others! :)

Pool area is great. Rooms are fine, especially having in mind value for money. Hotel is very close to a good sandy beach with warm water (300 m walk by flat road), so you can have both - swimming in the sea and the pool, whenever you like. We stayed for 6 nights, but could do it longer :). Laganas is close to the hotel (2-3km), but Agios Sostis is better choice for families, since it is quite and more relaxed place. Zakynthos is a great destination for summer holiday, and Hotel Jenny can be used as a hub for whole island - you cannot miss.

The Barfood (Pita) could have been better.

We really loved the friendly and honest people who are running the hotel. The pool was also great for hanging out and having a relaxed day. The location was quite and surrounded by a green environment.

Had a fantastic time here , booked last minute and the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was so nice and there were really nice restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Highly recommend 'Ole Ole' for amazing tapas and also bar 'Ok Corrall' for great cocktails! Will definitely return and was great value for money :)

The radio in the bar functions almost all day, but not too embarassing.

Very well organized hotel with spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen for cooking, pool extremely clean, well-kept gardens, friendly owners, overall very clean. The hotel is in a quiet, rural area but shops, beach, restaurants only a few steps, nice walking places, bus station in Laganas with cc. 30 min walk.

Kindness, relaxing and familiar welcome from PALAGIOTIS, his FAMILY and Staff. Very nice and quiet place. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool surrounded by well-kept greenery. Close to the local beach, and also easy to reach, by car or little boat, the wonderful cave, beaches and little islands. It was wonderful to see the turtles swimming in the bay of Laganas and visit the National Marine Park. Excellent restaurants and inexpensive supermarkets nearby, to taste local culinary specialties. I will return as soon as possible, my work allows it, even for a long weekend.
