Very small elevator

Perfect location, perfect for group of friends who want to experience Athens nightlife. The mattress of the bed was good.

Very very loud bar in front of the apartment. There was a party until 4 am. And it felt like we were sleeping in the night club.

Plenty of space, a suprising amount of room for the price. 4th floor with large outside area and a lift! Spacious kitchen and modern, obviously recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Surrounded by restaurants, easy walk to the sites of Athens. Train station on direct line from airport ( Monasteraki) is a bit of a walk with luggage, or change lines for a closer one, but we didnt try that. Good communication from host for entry instruction.

Unfortunately, an alarm across the road went off in the middle of the night throughout the night for 2 nights in a row. This was in no way the property’s fault and I think we were unlucky to experience this. I would stay there again if I had the chance.

The location was good, we could walk to all main areas of Athens. The air conditioning was a saviour in the hot days we visited. The apartment was cleaned to a good standard. The communication between the property owner and us was excellent and allowed us to arrive in the middle of the night. In addition, they offered us a secure location to leave our luggage on check out day although we didn’t need this service in the end. They were prompt with all communication. There was a problem with our payment going through twice by mistake but they responded well and refunded us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

There was no washing machine and there were no sheet and pillow case for the sofa bed althoug the apartment was reserved for 5. When they came for changing bedlines they noticed and added it two days later

The AC in the large room wasn't really able to cool the room down well enough for us given the heat outside. Elevator is small, like in most of Greece, so be prepared to take the stairs or multiple trips with a large group or luggages.

Clean and spacious for a small flat. Showers were hot. Kitchen was nice and we appreciated the coffee maker and toaster they had. Was in close proximity to most of the main sites in downtown Athens. Walking distance to the Plaka/Monastifaki area. Easy walking distance to small grocery store(Masouti's) which was really nice. Good place to stay if you are not renting a car - Uber/Taxis were prompt and efficient.

The location is great and the apartment is perfect for two families with kids. The owner/manager has then been very flexible and kind.

Really dissatisfied with the situation with the bar across the street. For 2 out of the 5 nights they had a party until 5 am. Very loud music and a bunch of drunk kids shouting all night. For a family trip like ours I would not visit again even though I loved everything else, the noise from across the street kept us all up all night.

Very nice flat, clean, easily accessible, excellent location. Easy communication with the owner, happy with the facilities.

Friday’s and Saturdays there was a party in the bar cross the apartment till 6 am it’s very very noisy

Wifi does not work properly, it was very slow. Place is located in front of a bar so sometimes we struggle a little bet to get into the department because there were a lot of people in the street.

It's a very nice place, the location is very good. Almost all landmarks are near the place. Everything was clean and great.

There was a misunderstanding with the internet. Probably the modem was a bit off and needed to be restarted all the time, however it was in another room on another floor. Administration was eager to text the occupants of the other room to restart it, but it went off-duty a bit later. Sheets had a strong cigarette smell from the beginning till the end of our stay. Probably dried somewhere with people smoking? It was quite annoying.

The description did not accurately reflect some features of the apartment. There was no microwave. The balcony was more of a small ledge outside the room. Not safe and no space to sit. The sofabed in the bedroom was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever seen. The mattress was very thin and was not good enough to sleep on. The location was great but extremely noisy on the Thursday night we were there.

The location was very central to the main shopping areas and syntagma square. There was luggage storage which was handy for late departure.

The cleaning could improve. The bed is a double bed with 2 single mattresses, sinking in the middle and not very comfortable to sleep.

Room remained bright at night due to foyer light for which we could not turn off and illuminated exit sign. The cleaner came unannounced, and we found her in the apartment on our return.

All was good

Perfect location, everything was 5-10mins walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. There were even breakfast boxes for each of us waiting for us in the kitchen. Very nice!

Hard to overstate how loud the bars are outside the apartment. And it is noisy until 4 am on the Saturday we stayed. So bring earplugs
