This part of the city is not the best, but we never felt unsafe.

The double bed room was pretty small, still OK for an overnight stay. It was quiet because we did not open the windows to avoid the noise and the smell/heat of the city The fridge was noisy so we pulled it out from the power socket (and plugged it back in the morning :)).

Location: close to the areas we wanted to visit, so it was good. Many shops, restaurants, stores in the vicinity. Breakfast met the expectations and we were satisfied with it. The family suit was as expected.

Mattress not quite comfortable. Tiny elevators, but I imagine they have been added after the building has been constructed. However, they are ok. Beds are arranged so that one air conditioner would blow cold air right on a bed. We didn't need A/C because weather was sufficiently windy and we were at the 7th floor, though.

Great position and great parking facility. Extremely close to the subway (4 stops from Akropolis). Clean.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, it regards the surroundings. My advice is to move around by metro or following the main roads. I used Google maps to get to a restaurant and passed through a narrow street near the hotel which was FULL with people on drugs, having heroin. They didn't even notice us passing by of course, but still it wasn't a nice show.

The rooms are quite comfortable and the metro station is literally across the street, very close to the city center and the Acropolis. The staff is really attentive. There is a good choice of breakfast. In the surroundings there are two or three nice restaurants with greek traditional food and live greek music. It was the perfect place to stay.

maybe she had a bad day ... the Russian/Ukrainian lady from the breakfast area ... grumpy as hell. my little boy accidentally dropped some milk and cereal on the floor - I had to step in to calm her down because she literally started to shout at him. she was the exception at this hotel - all other staff members were polite and helpful.

Air con was a little noisy but it was old but it did keep room cool.

Hotel was in a good location. Staff were so friendly and choice of breakfast was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. We had such a great time in Athens. A great experience.

I would also like to mention (it has nothing to do with the hotel) that you can easily qenter streets full of homless people and drug addicts. So I advise everybody to ask hotel stuff to give you instructiuns how to get to tourist area.

First of all, the staff is very friendly, kind and helpfull. Breakfast is good. Also cars are well protected, which I think is a must in Athens. Good location. There are a lot of good restourants in the area and metro is near the hotel.

I 'upgraded' to a room with a sofa bed, which was only marginally bigger than a standard room, and the sofa bed was neither - really just a complicated cot. I should have stayed with a smaller room. I found the bed very hard.

The staff are great and the breakfast is good (although the coffee is only average). It's right at Metaxourgeio metro and close to Omonia, and short metro rides to Syntagma, Monastiraki, and the Acropolis.

The breakfast meant a good choice of varied dishes, the staff were very helpful, provided all the necessary info for a great stay, always ready to help, the room was rather small but this is very usual for Athens and other capital cities; the room had a great view over the nearby square, it was also very clean, the hotel provides secured parking facilities just around the corner, the location is a good one, too, just across the street from the metro station or within a 15-17 minute stroll to downtown.

I liked everything. I just want to make two highlights: a) elderly people need to be careful when entering the bathroom shower stall because it is a little high, however, there is a portable one-step ladder to assist with entry. Look for it in the room before entering the shower stall. b) the elevators are narrow. If you have a lot of luggage, ask for assistance to carry your luggage. They helped me when I just arrived.

Breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. It gives you a good idea of ​​what a Greek breakfast is. It is less than 100 m from the station Metaxourgeio of the subway. It is ideal for those who arrive in Athens and need to stay a day or two before embarking on a cruise, for example. I recommend it.
