Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceThe hotel veranda lounge abd garden were desserted and completely unexploited. The garden, in the evening, is completely dark, there's no place to sit and have a drink, only on the veranda. It could be a beautiful outdoor sitting place, but there are just the basics.
The staff was very kind, and showed professionalism, the cuisine was excellent with a good variety of delicious dishes.

DenmarkThe hotel is a bit isolated. Isthmia is a very small city so for longer stays it's better to have a car available.
Amazing view over the Saronic Bay including Bay View from the new pool area. Delicious food every day in the all inclusive restaurant. Friendly and super helpful staff.

IsraelThere are no descents to the sea with a wheelchair. I have to carry a baby and a stroller on foot. You also need to add beach sand, where there are sun beds. The most important thing is that the air conditioner in room 505 is sooo bad. We need to do something about it.
The food is great

GreeceOur aircon was a little noisy
The staff struck the right balance of being friendly but not intrusive. Mr. Dimitris in the restaurant was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotless. Dinner was a pleasant surprise—Mediterranean cuisine with many Greek favorites. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality.

United KingdomThe pool seemed to be in a wind tunnel and so it felt too cold to use/enjoy it. There was quite a bit of building work going on when we stayed - I imagine it will look lovely in the future but it did feel unfinished. The aircon was not working when we were there which meant we couldn't sleep as the room was too hot
The room was lovely; the staff were very friendly and accommodating;; the food was really nice; I like the games room and the fact there is a small park and tennis court outside.

United KingdomOnly stayed one night as a stopover on route from Athens to Olympia so unfortunately didn’t make the most of the facilities. The hotel is in a great location - easy to find and good on site parking. Lovely pool and beachfront. Staff were friendly & helpful. Convenient for visiting the Corinth canal.

PolandUnfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the water temperature in the pools — it was extremely cold, even in the kids' pool and the small jacuzzi area. The sea water was actually warmer. The children's playground looks like something straight out of the 1980s — a bit of an embarrassment by today’s standards, unless you're feeling nostalgic about your own childhood slides. There was no à la carte restaurant available, so you couldn’t grab a light snack during the day. Only lunch and dinner were offered, both in buffet form and only at specific times. Despite what was mentioned in the hotel description, there were no pedal boats or kayaks to rent. The kids' animation activities were only available for a very limited time each day. A playroom with continuous access would have been much more useful. The sea view includes a significant industrial zone in the distance with many cargo ships — it’s not disturbing, but it does spoil the idyllic atmosphere a bit. The hotel clearly caters primarily to French tourists traveling with TUI on an all-inclusive package. International guests seem to be treated as second-tier customers. All entertainment was in French, and there was no clear signage — even for basic things like whether coffee and tea at the bar were available for everyone or just all-inclusive guests. We also had a negative experience with one of the kids' club animators, which fortunately led to a constructive conversation with hotel management.
Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. We were given a larger and better room than the one we had booked, which was a pleasant surprise. The garden is beautiful and lush, with direct access to the beach, where sunbeds and hammocks are available. The breakfast was really good and varied every day. Great base for exploring the Corinth Canal, Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, or the theater in Epidaurus — having your own car is highly recommended. Daily room cleaning was also a plus.

GreeceI could use more vegetables at the breakfast buffet :) The beach bar was under construction so there were not yet showers / bathroom available by the beach but seems like it's going to be a very nice one when it's done. No nets for the balcony. Location - beautiful but you need a car for anything, restaurants/supermarket, etc. They do offer lunch and dinner as well as a bar menu, but for dinner we drove to Loutraki.
The hotel is lovely and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the sea view was great. The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and so is the beach, very soft and clear. There are also a playground, a Tennis court, and lots of garden space. It was full and yet peaceful and quiet.
