The AC in our room was a bit too old to fight with the scorching heat.

Whenever you go to Zakynthos to have a calm, relaxing vacation, Koklas studios is definitely your place to stay. We were amazed by the location and Tereza’s kindness. Free parking with your rent car was available so you won’t have any problem with it either. We also got Tereza’s own orange marmalade and olive oil as a welcome gift which immediately made us feel home. From every studio balcony, there is a perfect view to the sea where you can enjoy your breakfast or just have a few mins break between your tours around the island. In conclusion, if we return to Zakynthos in the future, we will choose Koklas studios without a doubt!

Charming little family-run hotel right next to the beach. Theresa and her family made me feel welcome from the first second. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything one needs for a successful holiday. Luscious garden with free use of home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers not to mention the amazing sea views. Location is perfect next to the beach and Cameo island. Restaurants, beach bars and a mini-market just a few steps away.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! Tereza and her lovely family were incredibly kind and welcoming — from the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The location is spectacular: quiet, scenic, and very close to beautiful beaches and charming tavernas. Upon arrival, Tereza greeted us with homemade gifts like orange marmalade and local olive oil — such a warm and personal gesture! The apartment had everything we could possibly need to enjoy a perfect vacation. It was clear that every detail was taken care of with love and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back — thank you, Tereza, for making our stay so special!

No complaints!

Very nice family hosting the hotel with good service and always with a smile. Nice to have access to the fruit and vegetables from the garden as well as the homemade olive oil and olives. Nice terrace for everyone to use where you can have a drink in the evening watching the sun set over the ocean. Supermarket nearby for buying breakfast, snacks and drinks. Also close to the beach but at the same time far enough from the nightlife of Laganas not be disturbed at night. Perfect!

The only thing I didn't quite enjoyed was the mattress. It was a bit soft for my taste.

The Koklas Family are the most generous loving Greek family you can find. They always have the best interests for you. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk maximum from the sea and you sit higher up so the view is beautiful. They have the most beautiful garden with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. I would definitely come back here

The studio was wonderful, everything had been catered for, even a first aid box should you require it. The studio was tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings and the view was amazing. The grounds were comfortable and it was very easy to relax. Theresa was the perfect hostess, giving us lovely homemade goodies, including marmalade (delicious with Greek yoghurt), olive oil, soap and chai. She also invited us to use her garden and help ourselves to greens, onions, lemons, olives, vinegar. All this made for a fabulous Greek holiday - thank you

The location is amazing with a breathtaking seaview you can enjoy from your porch or the balcony, which has a couple bed swings and other comfy furniture. You can easily walk to the beach in basically one minute and Cameo Island is around a 5-minute walk. The hosts are one of the bests I have ever met, they are extremely hospitable, welcoming and accommodating. Tereza is a truly kind-hearted person, who helped us with any questions we had. The homemade things and the garden would be the cherry on top, we could try their olive oil, wine, jam and we could take herbs from the garden for our meals any time we wanted. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at❤️

An extra garbage can in the kitchen would be great. But this is the smallest detail ever.

Theresa was an amazing host. We got some presents, she gave us all the recommendations and was the sweetest perosn ever. The accommodation is so clean and everything you need is there. The views are amazing too.

The host Tereza and her husband were amazing, super helpful and cleaned our apartment multiple times throughout our stay so it was always perfect. The view from the apartments was unreal and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here with friends or family.

Theresa and her husband are the best hostesses! They are so welcoming and warm! The location is perfect over the beach with a short trail leading to the beach and Cameo Island within 5 min distance. The terrace in Koklas studios is amazing overlooking the sea,, with tables and chairs and even tree house the children loved! Theresa and her husband invited us to have barbecue and they were very generous, it was amazing! There are several taverns and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The property is close to the beach, 2-3 minutes walking distance. Tereza and her husband were always there for us when we needed. They provided us olive oil, tea and orange jam. The apartament was cleaned each two days, even the day before our departure. We loved the place and definetly would come back to them!
