Excellent staff, kind and friendly,starting from the reception to the pool bar. I came here for holidays to relax , so I saw good organization in the reception , and all of them made me feel and happy to be there. Different and interesting varieties of wines and food in crazy cow restaurant and chilling vibes! I recommend it for holidays!

Fantastic hotel - great place to rest and to explore Skiathos! Comfortable rooms, all necessary services and excellent staff! In addition - great breakfast (can be eaten in the garden by the pool), excellent drinks at the hotel bar! Life in the hotel is around the central place - big swimming pool - so appreciated! We will definitely visit again!

Staff were fantastic. Good location, only stayed one night but we really felt that the staff were going the extra mile. And our stay was soon after the awful storm of sept 2023 . The whole of Skiathos town impressed us ! We will be back . X

The hairdryers in the rooms are dated and wall mounted - but on a plus side the staff did lend me a very good plug-in modern one. There is no mirror in the shower area by the pool. On our last day when we showered for the airport, the staff kindly provided me with hairdryer but I could not see what I was doing. The corner balcony in the 3 of the superior rooms facing the pool is very small, barely room for 2 chairs and a table. The shower floor was slippery as water splashes on the floor. They should provide a shower squidgy in all rooms, rather than just a floor towel.

The location and the staff made this hotel perfect.

Clean and big rooms, very friendly and helpful staff-nothing was too much trouble. Very large pool area with comfortable sun lounges. Really tasty breakfast. I will definitely come back.

A tip for breakfast: put insect protectors on the food, so that the insects are not in contact, it is a bit disgusting to see them on top of the food.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is wonderful and beautiful, thank you for the perfect stay we had. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is perfect, please try it.

I could not fault La Piscine

This is our third stay at La Piscine and I can’t fault this hotel. The pool is beautiful, the staff are all excellent, comfortable rooms and the meals at Lazy Cow really nice. This is a wry well run hotel, a peaceful place in very busy Skiathos.

I did encounter bedbugs over multiple nights at the hotel. I didn't raise this with the staff, however. It would be great if cappuccinos were able to be made using the coffee machine in the breakfast area at breakfast time. The cappuccinos are complimentary as part of the breakfast which is lovely, but we did feel a bit bad asking the breakfast staff for some each morning.

All of the staff at the hotel are fantastic. They made us feel welcome and as part of the family throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location - close enough to all of the shops, restaurants and ports in Skiathos Town, yet the hotel is beautifully relaxing. The Crazy Cow Restaurant has a great evening food and drink selection and the service is superb throughout, with a lovely calm pool view. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily, and the housekeepers always made sure to come back later in the day to clean the room if the original time wasn't ideal. Lovely private balcony poolside views, great breakfast selection and a nice addition of complimentary welcome drinks in the bar after a lot of travelling. It was a lovely ending to the holiday listening to the live music at the poolside, in the evening from our balcony.

The shower was not very good, not very powerful and could do with replacing. Drains were a bit smelly at times. Slight bit of noice from the bar in the evenings but not too bad. Bar prices for drinks seemed quite high, 6€ for one bottle non-alcoholic beer.

Good breakfast but made to order fresh eggs/ omelettes and pancakes would have given it the wow factor. Staff were all amazing, friendly, super nice and helpful. Pool and sun beds were great. Comfy seating areas around the hotel were good. Hotel was very clean. Air con in the room worked well.

There was no long hanging space, and instead of providing unnecessary bath robe and slippers, it would have been better to have a decent sized towel. The shower is so fancy we nearly gave up on getting hot water. It really needs a brief guide. If you're an independent traveller in season , be prepared to scrum with hoardes of package holiday makers to get your breakfast.
