Had difficulties with malfunctioning dishwasher. Staff were quick to send someone but still had difficulties after.

Staff were amazingly generous and welcoming. Pool was perfect temperature and room was great for a family of four. Fab breakfast and great (if not limited) menu.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that we didn't like. The only thing that I would change would be, to let the staff wear shorts. It is too hot to be working in pants.

Everything was great!! The room, pool, restaurants, and the staff were amazing. We enjoyed our time at Macaris and wer were sad to leave.

Not fully soundproof rooms, could hear walking, toilet flushing etc. from other rooms/apartments. No proper air conditioning in the hallways, restaurant area.

Spacious apartment, good kitchen. Lovely balcony with sea view. Outdoor jacuzzi (with extra cost, but not too expensive). Pool area was great. Breakfast is also fine, mix of Greek & international style.

It is very hard to fault this hotel. It is 10 minutes walk from the old town so its a short walk to restaurants but the upside is that its a lovely walk along the foreshore and the hotel is nice and quiet at night.

Excellent pool with lovely surrounds, sun lounges and shade. Fantastic rooftop restaurant with wonderful views to the Fortezza and along the coast. Beautifully clean rooms and common areas. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The view from our room (506) was stunning. I recommend a high room if you can get one.

Location on a busy road almost made me regret paying extra for the sea view. Not a place for a relaxing beach holiday (the beach is ok for a quick swim but not the sort you want to spend the whole day on.

Adjacent rooms for family stay, very clean and excellent kitchen facilities. Close to town centre and excellent although small grocery shopping nearby. Breakfast is very impressive ! The pool area is good if that is of interest.
