Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaFirst of all, the transfer from or to the port/airport is their vest feature, it saves you a lot of time and money. Our driver was nice and offered us some good recommendations where to eat. The modern design in the room, with the shower being just separated with glass, was really nice; also very comfortable bed. Good breakfast, some cheese, cold cuts, vegetables. The location is about 10-15 minutes to Little Venice, not a hard walk, but on the hill.

NetherlandsFor the price, we expected a lot more, but maybe that’s just Mikonos. Also a few strange things like an open hole in the wall with exposed pipes.
It’s one of the cheapest places in the area, and the location is within walking distance of the bus station and other cute areas. We also appreciated the free breakfast and airport shuttle.

FranceMaybe the lack of privacy when coming out of the shower as it’s directly in the room otherwise all good. Also the location is a little out of the center which would be fine if there were pavements, the walk to/from the center of town is quite dangerous when the roads are busy.
Modern and clean room, nice breakfast + great service with the transfers

United KingdomYou can trust all the bad review on the booking.com. They all are REAL. First of all, IMO Mykonos is the worst island we've been in Greece for the whole trip, fortunately we just stay on night in there. BUT, this hotel even gave us the worse experience on another level. - Cleanness: Super dirty, the first room we checked-in. Directly saw the dead cockroach body being eaten by the bunch of ant on the floor. And the thing is, THE HOUSEKEEPER JUST CLEANED THE ROOM. After we asked to clean it, we just went out to the city centre. When we came back, we spot some hair on the bathroom floor, even on the bed, next to the fridge there was still some cookies with it. Apparently, the room never been cleaned for sure. It was totally disgusting. I explained the situation to the receptionist, at least they let us changed the room. Second room was not that bad, but there was a really humid smell in the room for whole day, and still, hair on the bed. I don't know if they change the bed sheet daily, but I highly doubt they don't. - Staff: there's two staff during the day. The evening one was helpful and polite, I don't know what the other one doing, so unprofessional. - Location: yes, it is very close the city centre, walking distance. But if you travel with little ones or older people, it may just a little bit difficult in my opinion. - Shuttle: it's a great service they offer, however the quality of service offered is very bad. The driver was so hard to find as he was not waiting for us in the arrival area, instead he was hiding between people queuing up in the departure area. It took him more than 30 min to find three couples, all coming off the same ferry.
Has free shuttle and breakfast that's it

GermanyThe coffee at breakfast is still 70s style, either weird instant machine or brewed coffee.
Let me put it this way: a two star rated hotel close to the city of Mykonos is still a better choice than being located in a four star hotel in the middle of the crowds. The price-benefit ratio was simply perfect. The rooms are brand new, the beds are comfortable, the air-condition works quiet and the Wi-Fi is good. The hotel itself is quiet, soundproof. The breakfast buffet is offering various dishes and I cannot complain about anything missing there. The cleaning of the rooms and hotel grounds is perfect. The staff is friendly and you get also organized transfer from hotel to airport or port for free. We can recommend this hotel for sure.

ItalyThe room was modern but unfortunately it was very dirty at our arrival, lots of hair on the floor, stains on bedsheets and towels. We reported it at the reception and the cleaning lady came and cleaned the floor with a dirty wet rag.

United KingdomCan be noisy at night due to Mykonos night life.
Great hotel for a short stay, had one night before leaving on the boat to Paros. Free transfers included which were great. Picked up from the airport and dropped off at the port also, breakfast was really good and had a lot of options on the buffet style. Very close to the town and airport, 10 minutes walk into town.

FranceI don’t like Booking cause I think their service is bad when something goes wrong BUT this hotel was so good that I have to leave a review : Big rooms modern clean conmfy beds amazing shower, and very big breakfast buffet and most of all very calm which is rare in Mykonos. Only 10mn walking from the city center. The staff were extremely kind they booked for me a scooter, and someone came to bring me the scooter to the hotel. I went to the beach after checkout and they let me use a guest shower and they even brought me a towel. Amazing ! Thanks to the lovely personnel and I’m sure to be back.
