The view from the balcony over the back of the flat was a bit grim. But didn't spoil our stay.

Central location was good and the property was immaculate. We loved the bathroom and it was really well equipped with everything we needed. Nice touch of a box of sweets too and they allowed us to check in early.

The location was perfect! Close to the port and in the middle of the old town. We had a car but everything was walkable and could park close to the apartment as well. Would definitely recommend. Great property price wise.

Negative: 1. a problem with wifi during the last two days of our stay at Milva had coused some difficulty with the flight check-in, 2. the view from the balcony was directly on the set of telecom. antennas at ca. 60 m distance with presumably continuous shining on the powerful microwaves. This fact had limited our using the otherwine nice balcony.

Positive: the good size of apartment, the complete kitchen ficilities, easy online communication with the Manager, easy check-in and easy check-out.

The bathroom sink was not draining well. The entrance doors bang due to a draft, which occasionally woke us up during the night.

The most perfect location you can find on Kos. In the center, also near the bus for the airport, there is no noise from the clubs or anything. The kitchen is equipped just enough. The room was spacious and clean. I do recommend this place. It is also good value for money.

The location is incredible good. Really closed to many recommended cafés and restaurants: Despresso, Street Food Kantian, Broadway; and the famous Ifestou street. The apartment is 5 min walk away to the bus station, to Kefalos, Airport, Kardamena. I love how bright, clean and spacious the apartment is and the staff is also helpful. There is a lockable luggage locker. It costs 2€ , but you can self manage your luggage- storage it and take it whenever you need to take it.

Nice clean apartment in a great location. We were there for 8 days and I should like to have spent a month. Half way through they left us new towels and bedsheets. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

It would have been good to have had a midweek clean, especially if you were staying for more than a week.

The apartment was very well located to explore Kos Town, and was airy and comfortable with a lovely balcony and view. Although it was in the centre of Kos Town it was a quiet spot at night.
