Everything was great, only thing I could comment on was the bed was a bit hard for my liking.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the beaches and restaurants and steps from a cafe/bar where you can watch the incredible sunset.

We liked everything, the place was perfect..

Excellent location, between Agios Anna & Agios Prokopios beaches, both within just a couple of minutes walk.. Mina & her family were amazing hosts, we had such a warm welcome & they were most helpful, genuine & friendly during our recent 2 stays with them. From the balconies of the 2 (first floor) rooms where we stayed, there were views of the sea at the front and to the fields & hills at the back, where the property is set in gardens of olive, fig and plum trees, besides beautiful flowering bushes. The place is peaceful & relaxing. The facilities are excellent & the good sized rooms are authentically Greek, light and airy. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Besides the bedrooms, the bathrooms are also a good size with plenty of room in the shower. There are pristine white cotton sheets and quality towels, which were changed every other day. The beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi is excellent.

Owners of the property were very lovely and helpful. The location was fantastic between Agio Prokopios beach and Agio Anna beach. 2 minutes close to the Art Cafe ( live music and movie nights). Few minutes walk to supermarket and tavernas. Our room was in the first floor which had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. There was as well a Terrace with a large table before you get into the room. The wifi was very good compared to other places. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bathroom window had mosquito net, the bedroom had one as well and the balcony had one. It helped to leave them out.😊 The beds very comfortable. I would recommend to friends this property.

The kitchenette allows for basic self-catering but is essentially one cooking ring so a little limited.

Beautiful little studio...clean and bright with balcony. Excellent location...literally metres from both Agia Anna and Agios Prokopios beaches, but just far enough away to be quiet.

I'm sure that if we spoke Greek, the owner would be much more talkative, in our case there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing to worry about.

I liked a lot the location just a couple of minutes from a great beach and some really nice restaurants. Price-quality ratio is really good. For us Agia Anna was the best beach on the whole island. The place also has a parking space just in front.

Everything was just perfect for me.

Mina received me warmly, showed the studio's facilities, I felt like home instantly as it has good space, everything one needs if you like doing some meals instead of eating outside all the time. Its location is perfect, close to the outdoor cinema, which is, in my view, one of the two best sunset spots (the other is the neighbor Fotis taverna, delicious as well). It was quite easy taking the bus right in front of the port, and getting to the studio was 300 meters walk (at most). The Prokopios beach is quite busy, and also nice, and Mina's Studio is perfectly located close to the beach, in a high part, fresh and silent (off the tourists buzz).

Family owned Studios. Clean rooms. fresh bed sheets every second day. Parking area for the car. Next to two bars and an outdoor cinema. Friendly stuff. Recommend!

This is a very nice hotel. The room/studio has comfortable beds, nice balcony with a great view and it was super clean! Mrs Mina is very friendly and generous. We will defenitly go back!

The air con was non existent, the room was very dated and small. There was little to no interaction with the host. The studios are poorly signposted and when we arrived we had to wait for 30 mins before we even found the host, who’s English wasn’t great which made communicating very difficult.

Location is fantastic, right on Agios Propkonos beach with superb links via bus into Naxos Town. The host has made the rooms feel homely, and cleans the room everyday. There is a local shop a short walk away, a bar nearby and lots of restaurants on the beachfront.

Very close to neighbouring apartment block. Also, music/film sound etc from art centre/open air cinema next door.
