Despite our room being nice and big, we found some ants inside the room by the door that goes to the balcony. The staff was really nice and sprayed the room with bugs spray and ants were gone. Also, the bath tub was a little tight and the shower head was really low and couldn't be moved up at all. So it is hard to wash your hair.

The hotel was really close to a supermarket, bus stops, shops and restaurants. There is also a 2 minutes walk car/scooter rental place next to the hotel. Also 10-15 minutes walk to the main beach. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good! Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Hotel telephone kept ringing loudly and we could hear it from our room.

The property is in a great location close to beach, restaurants and local attractions. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Lovely pool area and bar. Very good breakfast daily to set you up for the day.

The hotel is great, but unfortunately as the hotel is in front of the main road, you will hear cars passing by all the time. But it pays off because of great value for money and facilities this hotel has to offer.

Loved the pool! Big and spacious with nice sunbeds to spend some lovely time. Good early breakfast, perfect start if you wake up early for your long roads and full day of traveling. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Loved the cupboard drawers, practical to put clothing in a tidy way. The location was good, supermarket was literally in front of the hotel, main town centre with restaurants and shops just 5 mins walking distance.

Location was excellent. Buses running from Faliraki to Rhodes old town and Lindos. Very convenient if you don’t hire a car. Only 15 minute walk to the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful on local information.

Hard beds

Nice staff, clean, fine pool, next to the grossery shop, cafeis and center, about 500 meters to the beach. Good breakfast, but everyday the same.

Close to Faliraki centrum, excellent place to move from by car and visit the rest of island.

Room big enough for family of three, food market on the other side of street ( walking distance ). Poo was big enough clean, well maintained.

Nice enough pool, great staff and rooms were nice enough. It’s quite dated but in a nice way! Very clean and awesome staff. The only thing I’d say is maybe add an option of bacon and omelettes to the breakfasts and it would be perfect for the price, it’s still great for the price anyway!

The location is good but on the main street and so very noisy also during the night. The room was not cleaned all the days of my stay and when it was cleaned it was only partially cleaned. I suggested to inform guests about the policies.

Breakfast -if you don't eat meat and you're dairy intolerant, you end up eating cucumber, tomato and olives every day. Maybe a non dairy milk alternative would be great for those cornflakes for change. But for the price of the room, breakfast was a nice plus. Also if you go for studio, that kitchenette area cannot be smaller. Horrible pillows. Beds were comfy, but pillows were too hard.

Location is great, close to everything, very close to the big road, so if you have a room facing the road, can be loud, but it's great. Staff was lovely, so nice and helpful people.

Loved that our hotel had a pool, defiantely helped after a day out and about. Very close walking distance to the main area of shops and restaurants. Convenient market across the street to pick up supplies. Reception was always happy to help and very friendly. Bus stops very close to the hotel. Scooter hire close by.

Traffic noise and very hard and low beds, very hard pillows.

Very helpfull staff, large room, good basic facilities. Only negative was the very hard and low beds & pillows. Being on a main road it would have been difficult to not have an issue with traffic noise. Overall very good value for the money.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was very poor and after 3 days of eating the same things, I felt the need to eat something else.
