We encountered some problems at the pool bar. The staff girls were tipping themselves large amounts of money on top of the bill without showing us the bill. One night we invited friends over drinking at the bar . My partner asked the waitress how much is the bill and she replied: How much would you like to pay?! It was very disrespectful. He asked about the bill and paid . She wouldn’t bring back the rest of the money until he asked multiple times to bring back the money and tipped her. The next day our friends decided to stay at our hotel beach. My friend ordered a cocktail of 18€ paid 50€ and the waiter wouldn’t bring back the change. It was very disappointing and unpleasant for them. Our suite was in front of the pool bar and we would hear the waitress arguing with Italian clients about the bill and that was unpleasant aswell. We moved to e different hotel near Nammos for a few more days and we didn’t have this kind of problems .

Our suite was very nice , had lots of light and space. It was perfect for a family of three. Our pool was clean. The music from the pool bar was beautiful and relaxing. It gave the suite’s a different vibe. The owner is very friendly. The albanian receptionist is very helpful. Also Donald at the restaurant was very professional. The location is amazing.

For the price for the high end room that we had, I expected the room to be in pristine condition. However, there was aging grout in bathroom and the deck boards by our pool were old and starting to rot. Maintenance is required. Also, the cleaning staff came in and took our towels and then did not provide any. We had to call to get towels to shower.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The view was amazing and it was great to have the beach lounge chairs included in our rate.

Unfortunately, the rooms were a little disappointing. They’re in need of some maintenance and felt a bit run down, especially considering the price point.

We loved the location – it was absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making us feel very welcome. The food in the restaurant was amazing, and the beach right in front of the property was fantastic – a real highlight of our stay.

It’s not within walking distance to town but transport is easy to book/ not far to walk to wait for the bus.

Own private beach, easy to get a lounger. The staff were friendly, relaxed and engage wonderfully with guests. The restaurant and bar have a great vibe with delicious food. Hotel is within walking distance to Scorpios and the bus stop to easily get to town. Joanna the concierge had superb recommendations which added to our stay!

Breakfast could have been a bit better, being able to order your eggs over eggs that are sitting out would be nicer. Whilst the rain shower was amazing, there is no privacy for it which means if you're staying with friends, may not be ideal. Also the room steams up and we couldn't figure out how to vent it. Plunge pool was very cold however could be timing of the year we went. Not as private as the car park for the hotel is behind it, which means people can see in.

Great location, bus stop right by the hotel which takes you into town. The beach was beautiful and beach beds are included in the price which is a big pro. The shower in the room was also great. Staff were all really attentive, really nice and friendly.

Our room had a few little things that needs maintenance - the decking needed some repairs and the ceiling in the shower could have done with a repaint but nothing that would stop us coming back again.

Loved the location! Beachfront with a private pool and view of the ocean. Room was a very good size as we had 4 of us staying. Breakfast was nice, good variety and the restaurant for dinner was great although a little on the pricey side. The bar was lots of fun and the staff were very friendly.

Whilst the hotel overall was lovely there is the need for some maintenance to be carried out. The steps going into our pool were pretty much hanging off so we didn't dare use them just climbed in and out. One of the sinks in the bathroom leaked as the seal had gone, it was also difficult to not get the floor wet outside the shower due to the design. The lights on our balcony also did not work and the stairs going up to the roof pool were rusting. Despite the above I have to say we loved our room and stay despite the need for some maintenance which I feel speaks volumes for how lovely the hotel is overall.

Beautiful hotel a stone's throw away from the beach. Loved that there were complimentary sun beds with our reservation. Breakfast was fresh and easy to access. Staff were brilliant and we really appreciated the airport pick up and drop off service that was also complimentary. There is a regular bus that goes to the main town for just 2 euros each way, the bus stop being an short 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms needed some maintenance where water has deteriorated the outside. Lots of leaks and rust. The hotel restaurant was ok however everything else along the beach front I would recommend first.

Only slight negative was the shower as it kept making the floor of the room wet while using. This didn’t hinder our stay but worth looking at in room 304 just incase there is a small leak.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect! Beautiful beach with sunbeds free for hotel guests. You can walk to SantAnna and Scorpios in 5 mins! The room was stunning with a wonderful sea view and the bed was super comfy. The staff at this hotel are all so helpful and friendly and definitely make you want to return! Special mention for Maria at reception and Elaina at the bar. Wonderful ladies who went above and beyond throughout the whole stay. Thank you so much!

I was surprised when I arrive at the hotel as there is a serious difference what you see in their website and booking.com photos plus the standard difference between the rooms. As an example some of the rooms are renovated but some of them are not and our bathroom was very old and even damaged in the shower which is not a 5 star hotel standard. Furthermore the beach area and the restaurant were not at the 5 star hotel standard both in terms of service/quality of food plus facility.

The location was good and the sea was very clean and not windy. Also the hotel manager (Hisham) and some of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The resort shows some tiredness, especially the common bathroom area. Our room had some redundant lights, and the mattress was not very high end for the prices being charged. 1 x English breakfast tea per room is miserable. There are 2 of us and we both enjoy a morning tea.

The beach location is excellent. The breakfast and staff were also of a high standard. Our room was adequate but not very high end aside from the lighting. 109, so the more expensive side with hot tubs. The beach lounges (free) were also great to have use of

The pillows in the rooms were very hard. The rooms are not very soundproof so it gets a bit noisy at night but that is Mykonos! Otherwise there was not much that we did not like. The hotel was a good 4 star hotel.

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of everything to choose from and the coffee was excellent. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is on the beach and central to the whole area. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. The staff were also very helpful with organising lifts from the airport - just let them know in advance to have drivers available. We went as a family and got a separate room for the boys. Their room had a hot tub and it was really nice to relax in the tub.

The Egyptian manger and the concierge Joanna, were the highlight of our stay. They were very helpful and respectful and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The beach was amazing, one of the best in Mykonos.

Our bedroom was spacious and beautiful although some fittings in the bathroom were slightly worn. Stunning view right out to the sea. There was no gym available on our stay. The bar outside is great, with loud music, it didn’t bother us in our room.

Breakfast had a good choice of everything, very fresh and healthy choices. The staff were exceptional, happy and very helpful. The location was excellent, lovely beach, other restaurants also to walk to. The hotel was a great size, not too big, lovely terrace, bar and beach easily accessed straight out to the sea. Great air con in our bedroom.
