Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThe staff was very nice. When I needed a car to rent, Andreas and Mariana arranged it for me. The view is wonderful. People from other hotels and elsewhere came for lunch or diner and took picture of the amazing view. Private beach was almost empty of people which is seldom in August ! The hotel swimming pool was huge. The only drawback was the wind but this was true anywhere on the island during that week. We had only two days with less wind… Andreas gave us great names of tavern and beaches. That was a great experience for the family. You need a car if you go there.

United StatesA bit too bright sun in the room in the morning. Bring eye covers. Blinds or more right bleach-out courts is would help. Otherwise perfect.
Lovely staff, comfy large rooms, pools or beach to chose from, great breakfast with good selection of vegetables, stunning views and a soothing breeze from the sea.

SwitzerlandIt is a shame that the main pool area is not better protected from the north wind, but fortunately, there is the small pool area and the beach, which are better protected from the strong wind. The restaurant is overpriced for what you get, especially the wine, but fortunately, there is Kiki's tavern next to the hotel that makes nice food at a more reasonable price. The transfer to & from the airport and port offered by the hotel is really overpriced (65 euros per trip). I did not have to look far to find a taxi company doing the same transfers for 35 euros per trip.
Beautiful hotel with outstanding see views, extremely attentive staff, nice breakfast. Nice beach with almost nobody next to the hotel. 2 pool areas. As the hotel was not full, we had the pool areas, the beach, and the staff almost only for us. If you are looking for a quiet part part of the island to relax, this is the place to go. And the welcoming and attention of the staff is difficult to beat.

AlbaniaVery windy and distance from Mykono town - distance is not the problem but the high cost of taxis.
We stayed here for two nights and found it to be a peaceful escape, located at the northernmost part of Mykonos. If you’re looking for quiet and seclusion, this is the place — though be aware, it’s also quite windy (up to 40km/h during our stay), which for me personally caused some headaches. Service was excellent, and the staff truly go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy — Daniela our waitress made our experience much nicer with her service, politeness and smiles. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely beach accessible by foot down the hotel. However, the main drawback is how far the hotel is from Mykonos town. With taxis being very expensive (around €100/day round trip), I’d suggest the hotel consider offering discounted transfers or a complimentary shuttle once per day, which would really enhance the overall guest experience. In comparison, we also stayed at Mykonos Blu, which was more central and vibrant — though busier, with tightly packed restaurants, pool area, sunbeds and a louder atmosphere near Nammos Beach Club. Overall, this hotel is a good fit if you’re seeking peace, great service, and privacy, but less ideal if you plan to explore the island frequently or prefer to be closer to the Mykonos social scene.

SwitzerlandThe area of the island is very windy and in the main bedroom of the apartment we could hear the wind day and night.
The personnel was very friendly and responsive to requests. The rooms were very clean and the pool area very nice. On the first night we could not sleep in the main bedroom, as one window could not be properly closed and the wind was very loud, but next day they repaired the window and it afterwards it was ok.

United StatesNo property tour was provided upon arrival, had to figure out layout on own. For example, property has two pools, location of stairs to beach, etc. Most of the staff was amazing with the exception of one of the reception members. In several occasions she was very rude to me and my wife. For example, she yelled at my wife saying our son was being left unattended and playing dangerously, my wife was 2m away from him at the time. This member of reception continually walked around scowling at guests, never greeting anyone with a smile or pleasant demeanor. Another example, one morning when we misplaced our room key I had to stop at reception to ask for a key. Mind you at this point I had not interacted with this member of reception. Upon entering reception, she replied “for you?”, my response was good Morning to which she replied “for you?”. I Explained that I needed a room key, she silently turned and made the room key. When she turned back, she reached out her hand with the room key. I said, “thank you” and she did not reply even with a smile. In my opinion, guests seemed to be a burden to her and made any interactions or just crossing paths with her uncomfortable.
Location was quiet and beautiful. Bartenders, wait staff, lifeguard, and all the people we encountered with one exception.

AustraliaThat the jacuzzi wasn't on any time which would have been amazing but maybe theres certain regulations around that. However, that didn't really influence my decision on this place.
Everything. The location had an amazing view of the private beach, the waiter was extremely helpful and friendly and the staff were lovely too. The room was like a wonderland and the food was delicious too (loved the breakfast buffet)!

United StatesTV in the room didn't connect to the internet, so that made it difficult to end the day with a movie or stream that last episode you want.
Breakfast was so much good food with fresh fruits and pastries. You can order eggs anyway and omelets. Coffee as you like, and the staff is so helpful to make it the way you want.

MexicoNothing really.
The hotel was perfect, clean, roomy and with great facilities. The pool has a nice size in depth and width. Also the restaurant offers tasty options such as Greek Salad, grilled octopus, among other typical dishes. They greet you with a welcome drink and the staff is great (from the front office all the way to the restaurant and rooms), they treat you with respect and kindness, always with a smile on their faces.

AustraliaIf you do not hire a car it is expensive to get into town.
The the views from the Mykonos Lolita are absolutely spectacular. Being on the other side of the island from Mykonos town meant we could venture in when we liked and enjoy the beauty and relax just as easily. The food at the restaurant was incredible, the staff incredibly friendly (in particular Becky in the restaurant).

PortugalThis is not a dislike, but more of a suggestion. If you are not renting a car, or don't want to pay a fortune in car services since Lolita is in a remote part of the island, I would suggest perhaps more variety on the menu. If you stay for several days or longer, and just stay enjoying Lolita, you'll end up repeating certain dishes. Although, all the food I had was super delicious... :)
This is the perfect hotel if you want quietness away from the Mykonos party and shopping scene. Super friendly staff. I have to thank specially Becky at the restaurant that was always so kind and funny which also provided me with my birthday cake. Konstantina also at the restaurant super sweet, and Silvana in the kitchen :) Katarina and Eleftheria at front-desk super helpful. Super friendly management. The view, pools, rooms, and location couldn't ask for more peaceful place and the beach is amazing...(bring snorkeling gear, unfortunately I didn't.) Definitely a place that I want to return.
