Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

perfect place to stay a couple of days. The appartment is both naar the airport (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the old city (20 minutes). The appartment is big and has all the facilities you need: god beds, kitchen, terrace etcetera.

The host is an incredible human, so kind and friendly. We had a nice long chat about the place and Corfu in general. Absolutely loved what's she done to the place. Would highly recommend staying here again and again.

Great location near the airport and the green bus station. Also only a short walk into town which makes it the perfect location.

The property was unbelievably clean. The best I’ve ever stayed in with that in mind. Everything was sparkling. The host was perfect and the property is set up to easily settle down for a short stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very attentive and hospitable. Everything in these apartments is done for your convenience - starting from wine and snacks to slippers. We had our flight late in the evening so they let us keep our luggage at the reception without any additional charges. In one word the host is very responsive, you feel everything is done with love and joy.

The host is amazing person, she helped us with our luggage and explained us about the island. She let us do the check in earlier. The house is clean and nice, the kitchen is fully functional and have a lot of facilities.

Location excellent. Very quiet in the apartmant considering the close proximity to the airport.. Walking distance to old town and airport. A real wow factor when walking into the apartment. Exceptionally clean with quality bedding, towels and kitchen utilities looking like they have never been used. Many additional extras too! I could not think of anything that was missing for our stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer. Superb!

Not a thing!
Spyridoula furnished the apartment to have EVERYTHING you might need, including staples such as coffee, tea and milk. She decorated the apartment in a cute and upscale manner. The towels were even embroidered with her brand name. the apartment has off-street parking and is a 10-minute walk to the airport terminal. Spryidoula was very personable and showed us around the apartment.

Super clean and modern apartment with a whole host of amenities (tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, bottled water, fruit juice etc) as well as a lovely, friendly host who took the time to accommodate us (and let us leave our luggage there post checkout). 5 min walk to the airport and about 15-20 minutes walk into the heart of Corfu town which was perfect for us as we liked the stroll to see the streets and life on Corfu! Thank you again, we would definitely return.

The apartment was super clean, there was plenty of parking space and the personnele was very nice. Even though location seems far away from the city centre, it's quite easy to get there either by walking 25 min or taking the bus from a station 2 minutes away from the location.

absolutely nothing for us!
Amazing apartment- all the equipment you could heed including a lovely bottle of rose and stocked cupboard with essentials. we were met and got a map of Corfu with all places of interest noted and she told us about amazing restaurants close by and in town. It was great to be within walking distance of the airport for our early morning flight.

Spotlessly clean, very well organised and a stone's throw from the airport and the KTEL intercity buses station . Approximately 15-20mins walk from the old town. Highly recommended

We stopped here for a night as we were on the late flight into Corfu, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2am, the host waited up for us, showed us around and gave us all the information we needed, couldn’t have asked for a more attentive host. Great location a 10 minute walk from the airport. Lovely place to stay, exceptionally clean, wish we booked for longer!
