The place was very beautiful. The thermal pools weren't available; they were cold, and we were told that was not possible to warm them up. The room was very nice, but the bathroom had no ventilation. We had an air purifier, but it didn't work properly, it was in the room not in the bathroom. The customer service was great despite the maintenance man threw water onto our terrace with our clothes at 8 a.m., getting everything wet and waking us up. We told them it was my birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of local wine. They also helped us with activity information, reservation and delivery food. Generally it was fine, but no spa at all. Thank you!

The staff Eva and Christian were exceptional 😍Very helpful and always ready to help at anytime of the hour. Their smiles, interactions and warmth reception were on top notch. Location was quite and peaceful..Sea view😍Environment was clean. Tasty breakfast daily.Will surely recommend.

We booked and paid for 6 people (2rooms) but one of us couldn’t make it, understandably we couldn’t get a refund for them, however we were charged for 4 small bottles of water they could have just given them to us, especially when the water wasn’t replaced in our room daily like we were told. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or bath towels we are 3 in one room and were only given 2 towels we asked for extra towels but didn’t receive them we had to ask again the next day. WiFi was terrible in our rooms. It was too far from Fira the bus only comes at 10.30am and 2.30pm so we had to pay 50 euros each way and not much to do in the area so you want to go to Fira and Oia. No kettle in rooms. Although the staff were very nice the rooms weren’t replenished with enough amenities.

The staff were exceptional especially Evangelia and Armelas they went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate them. The pool area is great, breakfast has a good selection. It was very clean. It is a very nice place and view of the boats and ships are nice to wake up to.

The facilities were a bit dated, the breakfast buffet often ran out of things (stayed 4 nights), the spa had dead coach-roaches.

Half board included a meal that was just prepared and given to you rather than a Buffett where you are able to chose what you eat. Pool area was not very clean

There is only one market/store in the area. Not much to do overall in the area of Vlychada. Coffee expensive, should be free for guests. (Only free during breakfest hours) You will need a vehicle if you want to maximize your santorini experience. There is nothing to see or do in Vlychada other then the beach and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful, especially Eva and Kristian. Decent breakfest with options and variety & beautiful view. The beach nearby was very beautiful as well.

The breakfast was disappointing. Catering for conservative, western tourism. In need of Greek produce. The only item I enjoyed was the Orange Syrup cake - Ravani. This was delicious. The rest could be found in any low grade chain hotel in any city.

Outstanding location. Beautiful view from my room. Exactly as I'd hoped. Peaceful, quiet, opportunity to listen to the sea as I fell asleep. Walking distance to great swimming beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Will be back next year!

Location could be a plus or negative, but you definitely need a car as there are very few options within walking distance. If you want to get away from the busyness of other areas and laze by the beach / pool this location is great.

The cost of the Spa and Wellness centre is expensive, it's €25 per person for just ONE hour to use the steam, sauna and small indoor pool 🙁 The cost of massage and body treatments are way too expensive also and in the 3 days we were there we did not see ONE person using this facility, such a shame as this could be a big bonus if they brought their prices down, then they wouldn't be standing around all day with nothing to do, better to make SOME money than NO money 😉 We also had to ask for a kettle in the room which was organized quickly by the lovely Nicolette on reception, she was very helpful and friendly and happy to help always! 😊

The views are beautiful! The resort is very close to the marina which is convenient for the catamaran and boat trips. The pool is great and the sun beds and long bean bags on the terraces are brilliant and overlook the marina and the ocean. The beach is a one minute walk, the bus stop is close by also. The buffet breakfast is very nice! 🙂

The fan in the bathroom works very loud, it was quite annoying. Other than that, everything was great :)

The towels and sheets were not very clean and when I wiped the foset in the bathroom the towel was black. Breakfast very simple and the same stuff every day.

The hotel has the most amazing views. Nice pool area and great Spa offers. Loved that it was away from the tourist hot spots (so a rental car is recommended) and so close to the beach with an amazing sun set. Rooms are being cleaned daily. Staff was super nice.

Beautiful property and rooms. Pools were excellent. Greek food was very very good. As were some staff, very helpful and cheerful. Very convenient location for any catamarans. Very relaxing.

A lot of stairs to get everywhere. From the stairs to get to the hotel to our room there were 3 flights of stairs that were rather steep.
