Some electrical problems with the AC. Could use more amenities - like daily water, some stuff in the mini fridge. Value was ok but reasonable for Mykonos I suppose. Maybe more variety with breakfast?

Well located, quiet and comfortable spacious clean rooms. Design was nice. Matilda was an amazing and super friendly host. I think she made the property exceptional. The daily breakfast at your doorstep is great plus.

We loved the room and how unique it was! The property was well maintained, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Matilda was very friendly and welcoming and the location was great too with the beach basically on the doorstep.

Really hard to find fault with this stay, some of the finishing were a little tired, the door handle on the inside of the bathroom was a little corroded - that being said this was really our only negative and didn’t impact on our stay at all.

The staff were so lovely, couldn’t do enough to accommodate you and make sure you had a lovely stay. We really appreciated the early check in, and breakfast each morning brought to our room was delicious. The apartment itself was new and clean, bed was super comfy and big! Great location for Mykonos, 5 mins walk to the main beach and bus pick up to take you into Mykonos town. We loved this stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Loved every single moment here! Matilda and the team went above and beyond to answer all questions and help us even before we’d arrived! Breakfast was delicious, the room was cleaned daily, can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll be back next year for sure!! Thank you Matilda and team!!! ❤️

Everything was perfect no complaints!

Breakfast served at the door (entrance of apartment) and very tasty (picture below), Kind and helpful staff, always there for you if you need anything, Everything is nearby (market, beaches, restaurants....), Good system of communication (via WhatsApp), The lock system is very interesting, because you don't need a key to get inside. You just need to know the password numbers to unlock the door.

Few details maybe to try to improve, as a better maintenance of garden and rooms, a more fancy entrance of the hotel, plus to try to pay a little bit more attention to small details, as replace shampoo and so on, once the room is cleaned.

This cozy hotel is in a very good location to explore the island, quite close to Mykonos Town, but in a quiet spot, the room quite big and nice design, staff very kind and helpful.

If a pool or bar could be added, we would have the option to hang out at the hotel. Not a deal breaker though - there was ample to do in the area.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They were able to advise on restaurants, bars, beaches and make bookings for us. They even found us a car rental at no additional charge. Always willing to help, the staff stood out! The hotel is a short walk from the beach which made the location perfect for our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique suites hotel on Mykonos island, and I can honestly say it’s a hidden gem. The location is another major plus, being just a short stroll away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. It truly is the ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy all that Mykonos has to offer while having a serene place to relax. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. No pool if you are looking for one with

second time staying at faos and it’s perfect for small groups who want to be close to prime locations. The staff are amazing, very helpful, always smiling! Matilda, elena, and staff thank you so much! Road leading to it is also easy and safe to drive, 10 mins by car from town, 2 mins drive to a supermarket, padel court across the street.. Beds are comfortable, hot water always available, cleaning daily..

Matilda and the team were very helpful with our stay. The place was in a great location beside Ornos beach and short drive to other destinations on the island. They were also very helpful organising transfers, vehicles and recommendations of places to go in Mykonos
