Location far from city centre, missing sink stopper

All basic facilities provided, nice minimalist style, clean and cozy, lots of parking spots, balconies with table/chairs and drying rack

Wifi was not the best. Also dog barking in the building was annoying.

We stayed in one of the top floor apartments which was rather spacious and clean, comprising of a separated bedroom and living room, and a balcony. Beds could have been more comfortable though, but overall it was a nice experience.

The washing machine is very old and challenging to use. The location is quite far from the center of Chania. The place lacks several essential kitchen tools, like an electric kettle, which is a must-have in any kitchen. I also noticed they were a bit stingy with basic supplies such as toilet paper and soap. Although I requested some, they did bring me additional toilet paper. As previously mentioned, we arrived as a family of five.

The terrace boasts a stunning view of the mountains. While the manager was responsive and helpful with our requests, they were not particularly proactive. We found that we had to ask for anything we needed. In terms of service, it seemed that the manager didn't go the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

The price is a bit higher to be a bit out of the way. You are in some streets in the middle of the neighborhood where neighbors live, so if you are looking for tranquility and little noise, it is not the best place. We stayed three nights, the first night was fine, the second in a house opposite a party of some Greek kids until very early in the morning. And on Saturday just after coming from the beach, another neighbor across the street was dedicated to cleaning with the Karcher for 4 hours. I know that the Aparthotel is not to blame for this, but that is why I say that if you want to be a little relaxed and without noise, this is not the place.

The place is good, clean, comfortable and new, with a large terrace.

Lighting in our appartment (1) was inadequate, there was no full body mirror, and the hairdrier was very bad (my hair died faster by sitting outside with no wind).

Staff was very polite and nice, thorough cleaning of the appartment, frequent change of towels, bedding etc.

We rented two apartments after a late arrival at chania airport. Rooms were ready waiting for us and were very clean. Check in was really easy as was the parking. Beds were comfortable - would recommend!

the lack of the technology in the apartment . The TV is small and it is not smart TV there were only Greek TV shows which I didn't understand.

the apartments are clean and the cleaners clean the Apartmens everyday . the Host is really kind man and his so respectful and very professional the Neighborhood is really calm and quiet. you can find always a parking spot . Wifi was good somehow but it was a little bit slow. the bathroom is really clean . the view is fantastic. the apartment has Full kitchen set up. AC were also very good and quiet

Apartments are brand new and very nicely decorated. Furniture is nice, and overall all the apartment is very comfortable. Bed is comfy, and bathroom is very nice and clean!

It is a little bit further away from everything in the city, not a problem if you have a car although it's a little challenging to drive and park in the centre.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a relatively quiet area, ample parking.

Small bed. No shower curtain so there was water all over the place.

The room was clean and quiet. The location was good, away from busy places but still close enough to main attractions.
