Wi- fi was not working in the room when I had checked in and for the first two days of my stay, but luckily the technical issue was fixed in the meantime

I love this hotel, I will come again for sure. I had a big apartment with a terrace and a mini kitchen (stove/sink) included. It was super comfortable, spacious, and clean. Pleasant staff are always there to help with any question. The hotel has a swimming pool and breakfast terrace with a great view of the sea. Drinking morning coffee with a sea view was my favorite experience in this hotel. Breakfast is excellent and diverse.The hotel is in a great location in Kalamaki, just a few meters away from the bus station for bus 21 for Chania town, and the nearest beaches Aggi Apostoli and Chryssi Akti. I will gladly choose again Kalamaki and Porto Alegre Hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel staff very friendly and kind, hotel facilities, clima, cleaning, location also good:. Close to Chania by 21 bus. You can buy tickets in kiosk by the traffic lights near the beach. Beach is nice, the hotel pool is absolutly great. We liked breakdast a lot. There was everything you need (main course, local dishes, fruit, vegetables, sweet cakes, nutella, jam, juice, good coffee, tea, milk etc.). You absolutly will not be hungry. We highly recommend the place and will come back.

Furniture a bit outdated

The staff was amazing. They even managed to get us some food delivered from a restaurant without delivery because we were too tired after a hike. Great location. Breakfast ok. Very beautiful terrace for serving breakfast. Pool was nice.

No microwave, two English movie channels that repeat the same movie two days in a row, and the bathroom water pressure.

Lovely view to the sea in the breakfast room and balcony and a variety of food options. The rooms are large and comfortable and everything is super clean. The staff are all lovely, really helpful and attentive. Location is good to the local beaches and restaurants in Kalamaki and a short bus ride to Chania too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Prices in the bar were ridiculous!!!! One vodka with coke and one rum and coke €18 !!

The staff was very friendly, the room and other facilities were clean, the location was opposite the beach and near Chania old city (within driving distance). Don't mind revisiting.

Wonderful family hotel. Great location on the road. Close to bus statition, markets, restaurants and beach. Rich breakfast with a greek cousine. Pool is nice and clean. Our room was big and with good equipment (stove). Stuff is kind and helpful.

Nothing really.

We looved this hotel. The location was good for going to the Kalamaki beach, just a couple of min walking distance. Also you can take the bus to go a bit farther beached like the Golden beach. I think these beached were the best ones in Crete. I don't like too much waves and the water here was very still. And the beach was all sand. I loved it. Also there are small markets around you can find anything you like. Oh and the breakfast was A M A Z I N G. What's even better was the view of the terrace you have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing.but there's no kettles in rooms

The staff were excellent 👍 the location was a little outside the centre but the bus no.21 is outside and costs 1.50 if bought before in newsagents other wise is 2.50 or a taxis is15 euro.Overall I couldn't falt the hotel. Its pool and restaurant has excellent views and spotless as with rooms..
