You need a car to get anywhere and the roads are very dark and rather dangerous. Breakfast was over-picked and not replenished every morning. A few minor repairs needed in room, a curtain was coming down not properly hung, the fridge door was broken and the toilet got stuck when flushing.

Property was beautiful. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and polite.

This place was built as a luxury resort, and but many compromises were made which leave me cold. You ring a bell to be let in through the gate (weird), there is no way to walk through the property on foot (terrain too steep), you must drive from your building to the area with the reception and swimming pool (but no parking out there in front).

The suite had a nice kitchenette and living room.

It should be noted in the hotel description that if you cannot walk very steep hills up and down to the pool and reception area that you will need to drive down the ramps every time you come to the pool or breakfast/dinner area.

The view from the room was one of the best views from any hotel I have ever been to. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also had a great time hanging out at the pool.

The Wi-Fi was not very good - a bit slow and with frequent disconnections. Getting to the rooms is a bit of a walk uphill from the main building.

The location is amazing! The view was breathtaking! Service was very good, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfast was very good as well.

The staff is very friendly, but you miss the professional guidance in the service - for example, you had to take care of every day that coffee is brought - here the management of the hotel still has room for improvement.

Very nice facility, very nice planting, wonderful view. Spacious suites with beautiful balcony. Very nice restaurant terrace. Breakfast and dinner were good (half board).

- You need a car to go for breakfast, there are no stairs - Due to wild fires in the area everything is black and smells bad - Too many wasps - The locker in the room was not working - The hair dryer was missing from the room and we had to ask for one - The cleaning service was poor despite leaving a tip for the cleaning personnel - One of the towels was dirty - The facilities are very old, not a 5 star hotel, maybe 20 years ago, but not anymore - The pool has the same depth, ok for kids boring for adults - We had dinner once, even the pizza was bad. Asked for two Corona beers, had available only one, so we had to switch to another beer - The cleaning personnel after cleaning the room left the door open despite not having a locker - There is no window screen to keep insects outside of the room

Rooms are very dated, they need an upgrade. We were placed in a room with disabled facilities and we felt it wasn’t appropriate and tried to express our wishes to be moved and were told “it’s has two bathrooms and we should basically be happy! Well we were not happy and will Never stay or recommend this place .
