Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe beds are uncomfortable, housekeeping didn't exactly clean the room just tidied the bedding and emptied the bins. The room is very basic, the shower is very small and you only get your towels changed every 3 nights. There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the common area and wifi was very slow - had to use my phone data the whole stay. You also need to pay for air conditioning extra 6 euros a night, which is not what you want when it's over 30 degrees all day. I did book it very last minute so didn't have many options, I am sure there are better places to stay on the island.
The location was decent, about 15min walk to the beach - the surrounding area is beautiful and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Standard hotel room, with small bathroom. Room was nice for our one night but for longer stay I would appreciate better bed. AC was only with extra charge. Breakfast was buffet style with nice homemade jams. I would appreciate more fresh fruits and vegetables. We liked the pool and pool bar for nice relax. Hotel is close to couple of nice restaurants and small markets. A bit far from the sea.

SloveniaWi-Fi is available in the reception and not in room which is a pitty as this technical solution really doesn't cost much.
It is very good located hotel, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Supermarkets are near by and a bus station in front. Employees are very friendly and eager to help. Ask for advice if you need it and they will provide. It is a very good 3 star hotel and you can see that they care about their guests. It is true it's not on beachfront, but close enough to enjoy it.

United Kingdommy room had poor tv signal, but i was moved after 2 days , even though i brought this to the attention of reception straight away, eventually it was the boss who helped sort out the problem, i had to move rooms , this i had been previously told by lady on reception , NOT POSSIBLE , if just shows persistence does pay off sometimes ,
breakfast was basic , but very nice, there was no low fat milk or wholemeal bread, but the home made marmalade kinda made up a bit , the location was lovely and quiet , pool was lovely and warm too

United KingdomTelling people that the hotel is very isolated when I went out walking I felt so vonrable and as I don't drive I could not hire a car and the fact that at reception they would spend a lot of time chatting to all the other guests when I tryed to say anything and a other guest came up beside me they would just blank me cut off my Conversation and start chatting to them and made me feel Invisible
The hotel its self was lovly the pool eara around the gardens was beautiful however as a seventy year old woman I was told when I booked freewifi which was true but it bever said you don't get it in your room and have to walk back to the main hotel to sit in the lobby to get WiFi it also said all room have aircon wich it did you had to pay I was also quoted on my booking it would be 12 euros for lunch and the same for dinner well it was 18 euros it also never mentiond that you need a car as it was set away from everything it took me 40 minutes to get to the beach unfortunately fir me there were all germen or polish holiday makers and not one person. Even looked or smiled at me so I felt so isolated and wanted home I only stayed till the Tuesday night and got a flight home I had spent the last nine days in leros and had a lovly Time but for me the roseland was a disaster I think you should mention that the hotel is where it is situated I also at the start of my holiday spent two nights in kos In the martina hotel which was very friendly. Kind regards Anne scott I tryed emiling in greese but it bounced back and I could not resend it

United KingdomEverything else. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the food is inedible, the rooms are small and outdated, the cleaners are nowhere to be seen. A manager threw a broom at my friend in another room after being horribly abusive to her. Another manager had a fight with another man in the reception for all to see.
The pool was ok
