Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some houses in the naighbourhood are old. No moskyto net in the windows - better open it in the day and make sure to close all tight for the night.
Cleaning service and reception was EXCELENT. The property is adequate to the price - you get what you pay for - a bit older furniture and a simple kitchen. But hey, all works and they clean it good.

Noisy rooms. Shower head could not be mounted and it was hard to take a shower. Location was good and central. Could not figure out how to check-in until a stranger helped us.
The apartments were large and had good WIFI. Our room was noisy because it was near the elevator and balcony overlooked the pedestrianized street (that was noisy at all times). Room is not really meant to be cooked in since it has basic facilities. We appreciated how clean the room was.

Great location to everything! It's definitely an older hotel (think retro 70s furniture) but spotless and well kept.

One light not working in the bathroom. Only a tall lamp in the dining/kitchen area. Badly needed a central ceiling light.

Just something to be aware of: there were two single beds in the living space, which was great, but no air con in there, only in the bedroom.
I was so happy when I turned up and was able to check in to my room early. It really made my life easier that day. The room was great, having a kitchen as well. The bed was comfortable too. This hotel is in such a great location as well.

Great location, close to the beach and to the old town. Comfortable simple apartment cleaned daily. There was always water for guests at the reception.

Unfortunately the reception had some misunderstanding about the period of our stay and check-in time despite all the confirmation and upfront doublecheck e-mails, so we had a short nervous period (at 11pm) when we thought we may need to find an other hotel, but in the end they could manage to find us a free room. So doublecheck mail the day before is a must have with this hotel! Our room looked to a busy shopping street which is also the meeting point of local youngsters, so the noise can be a bit too much in the evenings.
The location of the hotel is very good, literally 5-15 minutes walk from the beach/old town/busy pub area and the central bus station. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Room was good value for money

Nothing really was what we expected. The decor a little dated but spotless clean and Hassle-free stay
Location was superb and the staff are what made the stay Remarkable. Nothing was an Issue and so pleasant and Nice. We paid for a late checkout and the lady at reception booked our taxi and walked us to it which was very nice so highly recommend this place Enough. Air Con worked Well and Kept the room nice and cool :-)

The floor is not that clean, and the hot water pressure is a little bit low.
super good location. nice restaurants and stores around, and walking distance to the beach and port. The owner has given us a lot of suggestions about traveling, super nice.

The street was very noisy. So loud and disturbing noises during the night. The hotel is very next to a chain burger restraunt which I belive it makes the street gathering point of teenagers where they come with their motorcycles never ending loud sppeches and motorcycle engine and egzhaust noises during the night.

Very central location - just a few minutes walk to the historic old town and beaches. Very convenient for exploring not only Rhodes city but also other places as there is a bus station and a port nearby. Quite simple inside but has everything that we needed. Clean. Good value for money.

The location was perfect. The welcome and attention were great. The room was more beautiful and pleasant than it looked in the picture. cleanliness was at the highest level. If you are going to stay in Rhodes this should be your first choice.

The rooms are a bit old but they are super clean and have all the necessary things for your stay.
The location is exceptional, the staff is super nice, specially Dina, she helped us a lot to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beaches, bus stations and old town. I was particularly delighted by the quietness at night - actually I had expected more noise at such a central place. Just everything was perfect ... friendly host, all basic equipment available, spacy apartment with nice balcony - really a very pleasant stay!

Perfect central location, near beach, bus station, port, many food markets and fashion stores. Very kind staff. We asked for late check in and they welcomed us at midnight. The whole apartment was kept clean every day, the towels changed and the trash taken out. It really provides good value for money. We had a small problem in the bathroom and they fixed it very fast after we let them know. If the view from the balcony means to someone, just ask for the room looking at the street.
