the view is wonderful, restaurant perfect, and the staff amazing :). would definitely return to Samaria Studios, and thanks Andy for your impeccable hosting! the location is close to plenty of trails and beautiful beaches.

The studio we had had only one window, it was rather dark, but it did not diminish the great experience from the stay.

Great place to stay for two nigths in Hora Sfakion. Parking for free in front of the studio. Decently equiped kitchenette.

The room was way older than in the photos, especially the bathroom, also in the bathroom there were some old shower gel and shampoo so I had doubts about cleanliness

Very spacious room, large and comfortable bed, good shower, and a terrace for relaxing. Short walk to the waterfront restaurant strip. Stayed for a night after the Samaria gorge walk and caught the early bus back to Chania, so it was good to relax rather than join the rush to the evening buses.

Such a beautiful room is Samaria Studio! It was hot when we arrived and whilst the studio had great and efficient aircon, I loved the double opening doors and large double windows that let in all the lovely evening breezes. A friendly welcome and easy check in at nearby restaurant. We were shown to our studio which was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good parking opposite. A great place to stay in pretty Hora Sfakia and very close to two swimming beaches.

The power tripped the following morning but we managed to get it going again. Fruit and a large water in the room would of been a bonus.

Super friendly staff when collecting the keys from the restaurant. Good air con. Very comfy bed. Lovely location. Just what was needed after completing the Samaria Gorge.

The staff are great the food at the samaria kitchen stories was really good. Location perfect. Our room at samaria suits was a good size but it is let down by the bathroom, needs updating, the shower needs renewing and the shower screen is awkward to move and the plastic is damaged on it.The air conditioning is good. We have been coming for years and love it.

Good location, close to the beach. On arrival we checked in at Kitchen Stories, we were offered a welcome drink while doing so. We were shown to our studio a couple of minutes walk away and assisted with our luggage. The studio was clean and comfortable, with beautiful Swan designs made with towels and flowers. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had enough crockery to make light meals and breakfasts. Daily cleaning. The studio was in a quiet spot but just a few minutes from tavernas, shops and bakery. We ate a couple of times at Kitchen Stories, the food was good, nice staff and very well organised. On leaving we were offered a takeaway coffee. We would certainly stay at Samaria Studies again.

It was just close to the see with a private parking next door. The room was big, with a nice terrasse and everything you need to cook or keep stuff in the fridge. The reception is a the restaurant and we got offered welcoming and departing drinks, very kind attention! Everything was clean and cosy, we had a very nice stay there and the city is small and relaxing in the evening. Definitely a place to recommend.

Unfortunately, the kitchen is only very spartan equipped. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location of the apartment is very good. The beach and taverns are just around the corner and you can park right in front of it. The handover of keys was very uncomplicated. The room was very large and nicely furnished.

Everything was either broken or in poor condition shower door didn’t close soap dispenser broken towel rail broken handle to window broken Toilet roll holder you get the gist!!!!! Chair on balcony held together with sticky tape I asked to have this replaced was not done Staff unfriendly and couldn’t really be Bothered as running a restaurant Perhaps offer your guests a discount in your restaurant Was really expensive for a very basic room with not a great view
