Absolutely brilliant service. Could not fault anything with them We landed very late at night, and the owner very kindly stayed behind to wait for us so he can check us in, which we think was a great gesture. All the facilities were super clean and tidy and our room was cleaned with new bedding and towels every day. The pool was very well maintained with plenty of beach chairs and all facilities to hand Overall 10/10 experience and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Crete.

I have no complaints Just I would recommend a few more kitchen utensils and a toaster and microwave would have been great..plus smart TV with netflix would be great . Virginia did mention they had this in their plans .

The shower water went all over the floor everytime you showered due to the plug hole not being large enough.This could be rectified easily and did not effect how happy I was with my stay!

The service was amazing and the breakfasts were fantastic value for money, romantic by the pool and delicious! This is without a doubt one of the best places I have stayed in terms of cleanliness and value for money!

Perhaps a larger pool but the property occupies its footprint as well as it can. A bar would help but there is an “honesty” fridge

Very warm and welcoming hosts. Virginia proved to be an exceptional impromptu tour guide and was an absolute fountain of local knowledge, places to eat, good beaches etc. cleaning staff were very thorough and apartments were cleaned to a very high standard every day.

We stayed in room 14 and the WIFI was hit or miss but I used my mobile for Hotspot and it was fine. Not something I wanted to bother Virginia with as we spent most of our days out of the room.

Virginia was there to meet us. She speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable. The area is so close to all you want. The rooms are clean and have all the basics. Water is solar heated and there is no issues with not having enough. Would I stay again? Definitely. If you need a lift the building has one, they even have a pool and supply pool towels, free coffee all day and a fridge where you can take and pay later. Reception is open 0900 to 1700 and if you forget your key to gain entry to the building a video door bell can be used. Amazing.

Overall fine for the price, clean and comfortable, but quite noisy (because of the street and the noise coming from the corridor--we didn't sleep well). While the suite had everything we needed, it wasn't very spacious and looked slightly worse than in the pictures.

The property is spotlessly clean and ultra modern with two smart tvs in the bedroom and living area and the hotel provides free WiFi. There is a lovely pool in the hotel also. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The location is a perfect balance between the beach (which is just over the road) then a 20 minute walk (lovely walking by the sea) to the old harbour where there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars. We had breakfast in our hotel which was served on the balcony of our room, which was a lovely touch. option 1 for breakfast was delicious, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was the best we have ever had! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The windows had been left open for our arrival so there were some mosquitoes in our room - but we blitzed it with some spray from the local market and everything was fine - no bites. It is a bit of a walk into Chania Old Town but we knew that when booking and enjoyed the walk.

Modern apartment - exceptionally clean - everything we needed was provided. Quiet & felt safe. Breakfast was available for small extra fee. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting.

Would recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are really nice and comfortable with a huge balcony. The beach close by was very quiet and the area is not as built up as the old town in Chania. You could still walk easily into Chania about 20 mins so it was the perfect mix of beach and city stay.

There was no closed shower in the room. The showerhead was just right next to the toilet, which means there was water everywhere on the floor whenever we took a shower. We are not used to that, so we found it a bit annoying at first, but it turned out fine.

This place was beautiful and the room was big. There was daily housekeeping, which was very nice. The staff were all very kind, especially the lady who worked at the reception. We stayed here in october and it was very quiet. The location was great for us. It's right by a beach and about a 25-minute walk to the old town of Chania. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Having parking was great as you don't need to look for a car park on the streets. The pool was always welcoming after a day exploring Chania.

Great location, just enough outside of the center to be quiet while having everything needed nearby. There's a private parking but the surroundings have lot of parking which make it perfect if you rent a car. The space was very clean and everything was as shown and described
