The sunbeds at the swimming pool are located on a kind of grass. If you walk over it with wet feet, your feet will be dirty. Pool is rather cold.

Third time we came here and again we enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, good food, nice pool and a very central location. Free parking in front of the hotel and very, very friendly staff!

If you are vegan, you will have close to zero options at meals. Vegetarians can definitely get by comfortably, but I wouldn't call it an extensive selection.

Wonderful hotel! Great beach and multiple swimming pools to pick from. The staff were outstanding: amazing attitude and kindness. We felt very welcomed and taken care of at all times.

I feel that guests were asked a bit too much about the spa treatments - the girls were lovely and I understand they are there to promote but feel it was a little too much -

All staff were extremely friendly and professional - the hotel is incredibly clean throughout . The food was delicious and plenty of choice - We were upgraded to a private swim up pool which was beautiful - you could get drinks delivered to your sun lounger if you wanted to - It was a fabulous stay

Small things such as the housewine (red) which is one of the worst I ever drunk. Seats in the restaurant are quite low according to the tables. Begin of season, so the swimming pool is extremely cold (not heated). All inclusive drinks are ok, but the level of alcohol in the alcoholic beverages is quite low.

We came for our babymoon and one year anniversary and everything was amazing. The breakfast in the suites restaurant was unreal.

There is no heating available so the rooms are a bit cold early in the spring.

The hotel was amazing and by the beach. The hotel stuff was great and gave us an upgrade that also gave us access to the Alazonia restaurant. Everything was clean and well groomed. The staff was super friendly. There are multiple extra facilities such as a mini market, a rent-a-car and a mini van that picks you up from the airport.

The buffet meals in the main restaurant are not good. The assortment of food seems suitable for children (chips, pizza, pasta, etc.) which is funny because this is an adults-only hotel. Quality of the main restaurant food, apart from the desserts, is poor. The private pool is not really a private pool but shared with neighbours with visual dividers (not a problem but not as advertised).

Very well maintained property, extremely friendly staff, good facilities. Loved all the cats around.

The spa area was not inviting at all, the cleanliness needed improvement, and the massage prices were also very high.In addition, in my opinion the room was too 'naked', a carpet was missing for example to give a more pleasant feeling

Didn’t get a chance to try the food as the restaurant was always fully booked so I guess it’s probably good because we couldn’t try it.

Very good resort. Had the private pool with all inclusive. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a relaxed holiday. Zombie cocktail drink was my go to choice everyday.

A great hotel from start to finish the staff are so friendly, the food is great and the resort has everything you’d need for a relaxed stay. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and enjoyed all the restaurants which included Japanese, greek and another restaurant.

The only missing thing was in the evenings after show time , we had no music :/ i think its would be nice if you would play something aside the pool bar while they serving coctails ;-)
