Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

United KingdomThey have stopped the bus to the beach , it only stops for people from the sister big hotel up the hill! :-((((((( its not a great walk to the beach especially if you have a disability or illness. The management was amazing and helped in every way possible. But they need to bring back the shuttle bus !

United KingdomFantastic little all inclusive hotel with lovely pool side area, Unfortunately we did not get to use the facilities as the weather was against us. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and really want for you to enjoy your stay and make use of the facilities at the sister hotel if required. Nothing was too much for Stellios or Narze, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was very varied, not as hot as we would like but there is a microwave to give a boost to dishes should you require. We took the economy room as it met our travelling budget and this was excellent value for money. The room is large and very comfortable but be aware that there is no view, just a small sitting out area and there is quite a bit of cleaning activity in the morning and scraping of chairs - but that didn't matter to us. Look forward to coming back when the weather if a bit better!!!!

NetherlandsIt is very loud, we stayed at the room next to the restaurant and reception but it was very loud. You can even hear the chairs moving. And it was hard to get ahold of drinks sometimes.
The room facilities are great, and good quality-price range. Food is good for the 3 days we ate there.

PolandThe apartment was not in perfect condition; some elements were broken or not working, such as the night lights in the bedroom. The bar often lacked staff, requiring waits for drinks.
Spacious apartment with direct access to a pool, offering delicious food and refreshing drinks.

IsraelThe food is OK at best, no refills for run out food. We went out for lunch on some days to enjoy a more authentic cuisine, if you don’t do that you really miss out. Water in the shower changes from scorching hot to freezing cold (probably has to do with the heating system and/or the number of rooms using the shower at that time). People in the main pool are apparently allowed to play loud music on top of the music already playing at the bar, which can cause a headache. A car is a must, there is nothing in a reasonable walking distance, especially in the heat of summer.
We had a swim up suite, with two spacious rooms and an excellent semi-private pool, getting direct sun for half the day. The view is magnificent. The main pool is also comfortable and nice, it’s 1.50m deep all around, with a separate shallow water pool for toddlers. All-inclusive drinks, although not branded, were good, including the coffee and beer. Plenty of parking. Staff was really nice and willing to help, even though few of them spoke little to no English. Three individual a/c in the suite, and 3 smart TVs, made it very comfortable. It’s a very small resort, on the outskirts of a small town, that offers no more than a nice accommodation and basic food and drinks, and for that I think the value for money ratio is pretty good. I would recommend for a short stay (2-4 days) and with a car.

NetherlandsThe All Inclusive was not very good. The food was okay but there is not a whole lot of choice. Usually 8 hot suggestions (always two meat and a fish option and pasta) and there are also some cold dishes to choose from (salads and fruit). The drinks were very limited and not the best quality unless you ordered something from the bar, but at the bar you had to wait a lot of the times for the staff to help you. What we also missed, there is accept from the pool noting else to do for children and there us zero entertainment. But I guess that is way it is a boutique resort. If you like peace and quiet then this is the resort to be! For us was the unfriendliness of the staff the thing that we disliked the most. We stayed there for 13 days in July but not even once was there a smile or a friendly chat from the staff accept from the housekeeper (she was great). But the staff in the restaurant, reception and bar looked very bothered if you asked them for anything. Yess we saw that they were very busy and work bery long days, but a little smile sometimes goes a long way.
It is a nice little hotel with beautiful apartments and a magnificent view on the mountains. We had a swim up room and that is highly recommended! Location is okay, Bali is a cute village but if you don't have a rental car like us it is a good twenty minute walk to the first beach of the village (if you want to go to the beach where you can get the complimentary sunbeds then it is at least a 40 minute walk).

GreeceThe only issue we had was that there were some bugs in the room's shared swimming pool. I understand that this was probably caused by the mountainous area. The public pool near the bar was very clean, however.

GreeceThe food buffet was OK, especially the local dishes which were really good. However, the buffet could include some more "branded" items, e.g. for drinks and ice cream. The coffee machine was a bit old with so-and-so outcomes!
The pools were really nice and clean and the suite was really comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our stay and we did not have to move anywhere; we just stayed there all the time!

United KingdomFood was mostly good, except sometimes food was reused (lunch/dinner). One morning, I had beans that went bad and had to ask for it to be replaced. The shower in my room did not drain well.
Great friendly staff, peaceful location with plenty of room at the pool. Access to filion facilities. 5m drive away from town/beach. If you are seeking a quiet holiday, then this is the place to be! Staff are super friendly and well assist with everything you need. When we arrived, air-conditioning in the living room wasn't working, so we were given a mobile air-conditioning unit for the duration of our stay. You'll need a car for easier navigation to both town and filion unless you plan to stay in the hotel for most of your stay. Sister Hotel Filion Resort & Spa facilities are below average for a 5 star, but 3 outdoor pools include toddler pool and indoor pool. I heard that some guests visited Filion for evening entertainment, but I never went as I loved peace and quiet. Massage was OK, although it was slightly expensive. "Spa" is only a dry spa(no steam room) free of charge if you get a massage or EUR10 per day on its own. All in all, my stay was comfortable and great!

United KingdomUnfortunately the quality of the food has gone down dramatically since 2021. It is now just an average 2-3 star all inclusive buffet. Same slop each day etc. This hotel used to provide a premium grade buffet which was very hard to rival at this price point. This however is no more. The villa was very dirty and lack luster. My daughter actually cried with disappointment on arrival but we all agreed to make the most of it.... Very similar to a caravan feel with cheap furniture and taped electrics etc, not to mention over 8 hairs in the bed.
Staff are amazing. Second to none and truly make this hotel special. Stelios in particular is outstanding in every way.

IcelandThe selection of alcohol was exactly top shelf, but it's all you can drink so who cares? Not much you can complain about. Maybe the location? You have to do a fair bit of walking or take the shuttle, if you don't have a car.
We had an appartment with a "private" pool which was super nice. This hotel is an excellent choice for chilling, drinking and soak in the sun. The town right next to it is charming and has nice beaches, lots of restaurant.

PolandMore meal choices would be nice. Soups was really missing !
Wonderful stay at second week of the June. Hotel is great - only 18x 2-bedroom appartments which are about 69-72 m2, are comfortable designed. All in all it's a 5 year old building. Food was good, with enough choice, but after week You look for something new - so more varietes recommended, less repeatables. All Inclusive covers all Your needs, drinks up to 23:00. You can go to hotel Filion (1300m up) for evening animations and drinks. But here at T Hotel You have plenty of relaxation, no animations, and sometimes You are alone at the pool around 13-15 hour - despite it was full. It's very quiet here. Great views at the hills and the bay. Stelios takes care about everything, and I agree with other reviewers - he's the soul of this hotel. So - highly recommended !

CyprusYou definitely need a car because distance for other hotel that you have access says 500 meters, but is actually more far. Also if you was beach, the nearest is 5-7 but with car. Rethymno is 20-25 minutes with car and Heraklion is 45-50 minutes far. There are simple acts every night in the neighbour hotel, but as said before car is needed. Cleaning is every 2 days ( could be more cleaned) and food was enough but the same day by day ( you have to go to other hotel to find different every day).
The staff was very helpful in all needed, especially Mr Stelios…Has place for parking, not too crowded.

FinlandVery much traditional Creek food, which was a problem for kids. Therefore I see this more like adults destination than family resort. For kids french fries and pasta would be easy to add.
Food overall was fine and service good. The pool access was really nice. The location was really remote, which is good for relaxing, but in longer run some activities would be nice.
