There was no number catalogue for reaching the Reception or Room Service on the phone. Reception had to be reminded that Room Service was indeed a service and even then we were asked to pay cash instead of charging the room. The non-key-lock on the door, should be something that tennants need to be informed about during their check in. There was no "Do not disturb" sigh in the room.

The mattresses were excellent as was the shower cabin. A/C was stellar as well and we came during the heat wave (39C+).

Far from the groceries, pretty noisy at night because of the neighborhood bars. It's fine staying for 1-2 nights, but I would look for another place for longer vacations

The staff was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the beach, and the pricing is fair. However, the elevator is quite old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast was very basic and has room for improvement.

Hot water on the shower wasn’t always working, room was a bit noisy and the Bluetooth mirror had a speaker which other rooms kept connecting to which played through my mirror waking me up. Not a great piece of equipment.

On the first look outside looked little bit neglected but interiar was very nice and clean. also staff was very helpfull and they were easy to speak in English. Everything as you can see on the pictures on hotels page it is the same when you are there. Hotel is only 2 min walk from the beach and restaurants. located on quiet location as well. Just perfect

The bed was terrible. But the hotel is in the proces of upgrading the hotel and not all the rooms (among which mine) have been done yet. Location could be better

No shower curtain / shower wall in the other bathroom and only mens' shower gel. No locks in the bathroom doors. The room a bit "shattered" though the building was only 2 years old.

Basic hotel. Got a family room (interconnected double and triple rooms, 2 bathrooms) in a newer building about 200m from the main building with access to a small pool. The room ok. Small fridge in both rooms and a kettle. Stayed for the Ironman Race - an early (4.30 am) though very limited breakfast organized for us! The personnel was friendly.

Would appreciate if shower holder and soap/shampoo holder available. On our last day/night, there was a heavy rain and our left side of the bed was soaking wet cause the ceiling was leaking.
