The rooms were a tiny bit small and the access from the parking isn't amazing. You need to walk up the stairs and our bags were heavy. But that's just a minor challenge. Otherwise, all great.

The hotel was very new and the staff was really friendly. The hot tub and pool remaining open till 11pm was great. They also had a free bottle of local Rose & Kavala cookies for us in the room which was a nice touch.

the hotel is a little outside the center (only 5 min drive) but it is new, very clean and has free parking as promised. it is close to good restaurants. the room has many amenities, and complimentary drinks. The room and the bathroom are spacious and the bed is comfortable. very friendly staff. when I visit Kavala, I'll stay here again. (no breakfast in the morning but not a deal breaker for me) overall, the hotel was very good. definitely good value for the money.

well, the receptionist was very polite, and room was clean, and there was wine and water which were complimentary. outdoor parking space available. no breakfast area, but don't worry, there are restaurants near by. it is much better than some of the 5 stars around the area. choose this place you won't regret it. rooms are filled with kitchen equipment if you stay longer.

Our family room was facing the main road and during the night it was quite noisy.

Urban Bay is a new hotel near the old port of Kavala. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The personal is very friendly and provided us with tips for good restaurants in the near area. The are some additional compliments from the hotel - sweets, botle of wine and water. The swimming pool is very well heated and the area is very clean.

Very modern and good looking hotel. The rooms looks like in 5* hotel for the fraction of the price. Very quite area, just a few steps from the old port where you can find excellent restaurants. The hotel is designed in the way you will never feel crowdy. Totally recommend it!

Brand new hotel about 20 minutes walk from the center of Kavala. It's very modern and has very kind staff that are willing to help with everything. We got great tips for restaurants and things to visit. The room was equipped with everything we needed, even with a mini-kitchen and a great coffee maker. We were a bit concerned about parking at first but this didn't end up being a problem at all. The neighborhood seemed quiet and there were a lot of hotel cameras pointing at the street where we parked so it made us feel safe.

Everything was great from the moment we first came the hotel. The room was really clean. And the lady in the reception was really kind. They gave us complimentary gifts. The Kavala cookie and wine made us really happy. The parking was safe and comfortable. We will definitely choose thing hotel again if we ever come back to Kavala.
