Family atmosphere we wore treated almost like home members. Tasty and fresh Greek style breakfasts made by fantastic Mrs. Eugenia. Super location allowing to plan trips to Athens, Delphi, Meteora, Corynth.

The whole stay was truly lovely! The villa is beautiful and well-taken care of. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The beach is close by and the local restaurants and bars serve delicious meals. The only thing is that internet connection is not very fast but if you think about it, it is not such a bad thing after all ;)

This place is a gem. Great cliff side pool, a private beach, friendly staff, decent breakfast, quiet rooms with good balconies. It is popular with local Greeks. Highly recommend for families.

Villa Eugenia is a great place for a family holiday. We have been there for the second time. There is a large swimming pool, the sea is just a few steps from the accomodation and in the morning they serve an excellent breakfast. We really like the family atmosphere and love for nature and animals, which you will meet literally everywhere. The apartments are mostly equipped and every day a nice lady comes to do the cleaning. Taverns are nearby. You have to drive to the nearby town to get to the supermarket but it is well stocked, including diet foods (gluten-free and dairy-free). We fell in love with Villa Eugenia and I believe that we will come back again.

Theologos is a small local village, so no super markets or coffee shops available. Most of the Staff is not speaking English and we had a problem to understand breakfast hours and swimming pool hours. . We had a problem locking one of the rooms and the problem was not solve during our stay there.

The Hotel is located 50 meter from the beach and 2 or 3 small local Tavernas. The swimming pool is Superb! The kitchennete in the room is basic, but satisfying for daily use for couple or small family. The rooms are very nice and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Breakfast is the poorest I’ve seen in what is otherwise a very generous country, the pool is shared with non hotel clientele, poorly serviced and over crowded .. the rooms are extremely dated and needs massive uplift .. the internet doesn’t work in the rooms !! No one added a booster !

Lots of parking inside the hotel, being that’s it’s high above the street level, the view is great, every thing advertised is the (pool, breakfast, parking and see access across the road, however, all have issues).

We weren't offered the two separate studios we had booked, with two separate kitchenettes, but instead one studio with kitchenette and one double room next door. We were asked if we wanted to move but we thought we'd manage, but there wasn't nearly enough crockery or cutlery for 4 people. We were there for 3 days late in Sept but the snack bar was closed, as were the local tavernas, so useful to be prepared if you're going late in the season.

The swimming pool was great and very close to the beach.
