I liked the customer service. Hotel was nice and clean... went for early breakfast and they treated us nicely. We were not sure if we wanted to have breakfast there or outside but the folks at the hotel were polite

Long elevator queue which seems to be slow.

Room was Very Clean and we had what we needed such as hair dryer, safety deposit box etc.. I like that they are going green by providing reusable water bottles

Perhaps the rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and very functional nonetheless.

The area Is great, the hotel management was impeccable in dealing with issues regarding guests and the hotel overall.

There was no cutlery in the room. Size of the room felt smaller than depicted but this is expected as it is Hong Kong.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel however the location is approximately 20mins walk away from "Mongkok Station". The receptionist and concierge were very kind. Also, loved the free shuttle bus service and water refill station.

The elevators took forever, sometimes we'd wait 10 minutes for one to get us. The shuttle fills up fast, so make sure you arrive downstairs 15 minutes before it's scheduled to leave. Location is in an apartment area, so good restaurants are minimal...especially for a vegetarian.

The staff was extremely kind and the free shuttle was a nice touch. A block away there was a great craft coffee shop that pulled a great espresso and a beautiful pour over v60. Rooms were small but fine for 2 people.

Rooms was small (but I think that is common for most hotels in Hong Kong). Beds was very uncomfortable like its being used for a very long time as there is a dip in the middle of the bed. The pillow was also very uncomfortable however the hotel did provide a firmer pillow very quickly when I asked for another one. The lift was also programmed strangely as most mornings it will not stop at your floor if you press down. Therefore you had to get in on the lift to go up and then wait for it to travel down to the ground level. This was very frustration for many of the guests waiting to check out of the hotel

Great location, plenty of restaurants around. Access to public transport was close too, buses are right underneath the hotel however the train was about 10mins walk away. Hotel was very clean

not the most comfortable bed you will sleep in, considering the price that is expected. the walls are thin so anyone talking outside the hallway will wake you up if you are a light sleeper

Hotel was quiet in the evening which made for relaxing after a long day. Laundry facilities were great and so easy to use using the octopus card or code from reception. Location was on a residential area with easy access to the MTR as well as green mini buses and larger double deckers. The hotel provided a free shuttle every hour to 3 locations in Kowloon. Excellent hotel.

Restaurant wasn't able to cater to our gluten free diet. Most of HK was like this though. Would have liked access to a microwave to allow us more food options.

Friendly staff, safe feel, good facilities locally, comfortable room. Our room was made up each day and made spotless. Cleaning staff were licely and reception staff were very helpful.

Mediocre hospitality when it comes to assistance. Not that much accommodating just what has stated to other reviews. Can't even open the door when your hands are full with your toddler and stuff. Inconvenient water refilling stations.

What I love about Dorsett Mongkok is its consistency on cleanliness as well as they can provide the basic stuff. There is air purifier inside our room and the view of skyscrapers is also nice. There are also shops nearby and walking distance from Olympic Station.
