Excellent location, comfortable beds, really helpful staff, complimentary filtered water in the room. After checking out, we spent all day in Hong Kong as we had a night flight back home. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for the whole day. When we returned late in the evening, we were allowed to shower at the hotel, which we really appreciated. Excellent service, even after checking out!

Pleasant customer service from the staff, especially to Yuki and Joseph. Great location, connected to Moko mall, restaurants and MTR station. We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit.

- the toilet had no bidet - not many Halal food nearby - no soundproofing i believe; TV was at lowly level-7 but got complained for noise. do take note

- the room was big for the price - room was very very clean imho - its located right atop MOKO Mall; shopping is easy, not cheap though - Mong Kok East MTR Station is just at Level 1 - eateries are abundant

Staff have no manners, nobody talks to you at all it’s super weird Also the pool closes twice a day for a full hour each time for cleaning which is very inconvenient with three young kids

The kettle plug was faulty and there isn't a coffee machine in the room..so that is a bummer

Friendly staff - It was lovely getting greeted every morning by the cleaners. Our room was always clean everyday with fresh towels for the evening. The location of the hotel was perfect. We both loved our stay and would stay at Royal Plaza Hotel again. Loved the size of the room and the bathroom, with hot showers every morning.

The bed is a bit too soft. I had backache after 3 nights sleep on it.

check in peak time is so messy your guest no line up ready cut queue all time bathtub still have full water when we arrived no bottle of water in room.

It was great overall but the only downside was the long walk down the corridor after doing 30k steps as our room was at the end. However, this is just based on our preference! If you have someone in your group/family who have difficulty walking, make sure to request a room closer to the lifts.

Convenient location, big room, clean bathroom, and great staff - particularly the housekeeping staff who greeted us every time we saw them and helping us arrange some of our stuff. The hotel being in a mall and with Mong Kok East Station underneath made it so much better!
