We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We could leave our luggage at the hotel for the whole day. When we returned late in the evening, we were allowed to shower at the hotel, which we really appreciated. Excellent service, even after checking out!

- the room was big for the price - room was very very clean imho - its located right atop MOKO Mall; shopping is easy, not cheap though - Mong Kok East MTR Station is just at Level 1 - eateries are abundant

Friendly staff - It was lovely getting greeted every morning by the cleaners. Our room was always clean everyday with fresh towels for the evening. The location of the hotel was perfect. We both loved our stay and would stay at Royal Plaza Hotel again. Loved the size of the room and the bathroom, with hot showers every morning.

New ZealandIt was great overall but the only downside was the long walk down the corridor after doing 30k steps as our room was at the end. However, this is just based on our preference! If you have someone in your group/family who have difficulty walking, make sure to request a room closer to the lifts.
Convenient location, big room, clean bathroom, and great staff - particularly the housekeeping staff who greeted us every time we saw them and helping us arrange some of our stuff. The hotel being in a mall and with Mong Kok East Station underneath made it so much better!
