The property is 5 minutes walk to national park Donji kamenjak - perfect place for nature lovers! Very kind and friendly landlady Mirjana - always available for all her guests. I felt very cozy. I'll stay there again :-)

The location could not be better. A 5 minute walk from the restaurants and bars, parking on-site, spacious guest suite.. this location was a gem. The host is wonderful and even offered me fresh squeezed lemonade upon my arrival. I booked this room at the very last minute due to a change in travel plans (within an hour of arrival) and the host was able to accommodate me. I will definitely return for a longer stay! As a note to other Americans who aren’t accustomed to carrying cash, Croatia is still a cash based country. Be prepared to pay for your stay on-site with cash.

Not very large kitchen and only one chair to kitchen table.

Close to village center and 10 minutes to the beach. Nice courtyard and quiet area. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Villa Istra in August 2021! Even though we booked just for two days, in fact we spent an other week more there as we like Prementura but even more Villa Istra that much. We had some issues with other places where our reservation got cancelled. Mirjana offered us a super nice and clean place to stay. Whenever we needed help or a good advice where to go to find the nicest beaches, the best place for dinner or where to rent something she was there for us! We even had a super nice dinner with her and had the chance to enjoy her cooking skills! We came here just for holidays but are leaving as friends with a selfless, helpful and very very funny person! We are definatly comming back! See you next year!

The landlady was very nice, caring and helpful. We had a balcony with a table outside to relax in the evening and place to dry the beach towels. Around in the garden were places to sit, well lit in the evening. The apartment had everything you need for the stay. Well done!

Mirjana is a wonderful person!! The apartment was big enough for us with all the things you need, near the center and the park entrance. Our journey in Premantura was really amazing!!

You can use the airconditioning after 21:00 or 22:00 (cannot remember the hour exactly) only if you pay extra - if you are in the park the whole day and go out for dinner, most probably you will be back in the room after that hour.

The host was very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. Although we had booked only a room with a private bathroom, she offered us plates and kitchen utensils to use from the unbooked apartment (and there is a shared summer kitchen in the backyard). The garden is really nice and there are places to stay outside (lighted during the evening) and enjoy the time. Although the parking slots were on the street, we could put our bikes in the garage and just take them out whenever we wanted. The house is extremely close to one of the entries to the park - by bike we were there in like 5 minutes. The main entrance is a bit further, but by maybe 15 minutes by bike. City center is also 5 minutes walking.

The owner doesn’t have replacement keys and we had to drive 40minutes back to her she didn’t want to wait a few hours. The owner is very polite but confused always running around. The room is big and okay but it’s a bit old, stains on the bed of misquotes, dust on the ground okay for one night stay.

We had two nights at the property and we had to move from room to room because another guest unexpectedly prolonged their stay, not sure why that guest didn’t move instead of us though. Also the host clear about having a party on the second night of our stay, stating that it’s her son’s birthday and that we had “tough luck” booking the stay right when the party is happening. So it’s a birthday party that doesn’t conform with house rules (peace and quiet from 23:00 until 07:00) that the host was aware of in advance because it is a birthday party for her son and she only chose to inform us when we were already there. Not exactly honest or professional. And lastly, upon arrival to Premantura we called the host to let her know that we arrived (4 hours before the check in time) and to check when it is okay that we come and leave our luggage, no one answered the phone. Later we arrived at the exact time the check in starts, once again no one answered the phone, we tried entering the property and calling out, no one answered once again. Finally my girlfriend managed to find the host who nervously exclaimed that she’s been waiting for us, without seemingly checking her phone once in the past 5 hours, extremely rude and unprofessional.

The location was okay, but that’s about it.
