Everything was great - just the shower head needs attention.

Location is right in the middle of the old town. Family of 5 with teens, stayed one night. Very nice host. Space for us all. Two bedrooms and a fold out. Small kitchen but seemed fully functional.

A bit difficult to find when just arrived. Thanks to the warm help of a nice lady passing by. Be prepared for carrying luggage up (and down) lots of stairs, in the town, in the building. The electric outlets in the apartment is not all working. The washing machine needs some cleaning.

Didn't realize it was cash only and had to scramble for money. 1 flight of stairs outside and 2 more flights inside. I wish the washing machine had instructions but we figured it out. Not enough got water for a whole shower, I had to wet my hair, turn off the water to shampoo, turn it on to rinse, turn it off to soap myself and turn it in to rinse and I was the 1st shower out of 4 of us. I think the hot water was my only real issue.

Beautiful, clean, updated accommodation with comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Washing machine. There was detergent available. Lots of windows.

So (so!) hard to find! Especially for the wary traveler, schlepping baggage all over the palace/up and down stairs in confusion.

We found it extremely hard to find the apartment. There were few if any street signs to help. After many attempts the owner met us at one of the statues and led us there. Once we knew where to go it was easy to find our way.

The apartment was great, 2 bedrooms with kitchen and living room. Location was ideal for wondering around Split.

It was smaller than we expected and the other beds were not as comfy. It took a while to get the keys despite agreeing an arrival time, only about half an hour though so a small problem.

Lovely to be right in the centre of the old town, double bed was huge and comfy. Very clean. Flexible owners accommodated our early arrival.

Really hard to find the place and it is not easily reachable with luggage and kids as it has too many stairs to get to the correct street and to get to the top floor apartment.

It’s in a very old building with lots of stairs, so it’s better for light travelers who don’t have suitcases. The sound proofing in the building isn’t great - we could hear our neighbors upstairs walking the whole night and couldn’t really fall asleep. The ac in one of the bedrooms was leaking on the bed so we had to switch it off and back on, because without it, it was too hot.A trash bin and kitchen towels would also be great to have.

It’s right in the middle of the old town, close to train/bus/ferry station and a big local market. It was also very clean.

The check-in process. Literally impossible to find with Google maps (so many steps/side alleys) and then when we finally met with the host we were only then told we needed to pay in cash so we then had to march to a cash point. Prior notification and a map to apartment would have easily solved this.

As we had many suitcases, it was a bit exhausting to reach the appartment via many stairs. But the location was really perfect.

There was no breakfast in this facility, but we knew it in advance. We were a bit waiting for the keys, but it was not a serious problem.

We had booked for 5 as the sofa bed allows for that, but there were only 4 chairs in the apartment, so eating in the kitchen was a squeeze.

The location was ideal, right in the centre of the old town, as well as a quick walk to the beach. When we arrived, we were met and shown around by a friendly man, very smooth process overall. Very clean, many towels, sheets and extra blankets, and WiFi was very good. Would definitely recommend!!

It was hard to find and there is no name anywhere. It is an apartment in a building but no indication which apartment. We had to ask several locals where this address was. Because of this we ran about 20 mins late. Because the owner wants cash he has to let us in instead of using a key box and passcode. He decided not to wait for us so we had to go to another hotel and get them to ring him so we could get in. Not good. Also there is no toaster for use at breakfast and several PowerPoints didn’t work.

The location was great, it was clean and comfortable.

Very accommodating! Let us store our luggage Early . Cleaning staff helped us with luggage. Beautiful place. Highly recommend! Met us within 20 minutes with our keys. Everything was perfect.
