I could see it being a problem if you had loud neighbors staying next door to you but we had no problems at all.

We had a great stay at Rooms Diana! She was the absolute sweetest host, the turtles were such a cute and fun surprise, too. The twin room was spacious with plenty of room for two of us to bring our luggage. Yes there are stairs but it’s Europe! So you should expect that wherever you stay. Diana even showed us a much easier way to walk down to the port with all our luggage when we left, and it was very doable. Would definitely stay again!

Host was very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Important was that room had air-conditioning as outside was very hot. Access is via street with stairs (138,but they are not steep) so be prepared for a little bit of climbing:)

We ordered a twin room, but received a single bed, which was a little disappointing after a lot of traveling and there are A LOT of stairs to get here. It wasn’t that bad, but would be difficult with suitcases.

Amazing location with convenient bus stop. This definitely seemed like a great deal with only 10 minutes to the city and some grocery stores around. Diana is also very nice.

Very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is close to the bus station and also in walkable distance to the Dubrovnik old town. Cosy and clean room. Tea, coffee, refrigerator provided for the guest.

Like most places in the city, it was a good climb of steps to get to this location. Breakfast was not included which would have been nice.

Conveniently located by the port where our ship dropped us off. Host allowed us to drop off bags early and gave us a warm welcome.

Diana is a great host and was very welcoming! I booked a room with bathroom which had everything I needed, AC works well. The location is great with nearby bus stop to old town, catamaran stop and main bus station, grocery stores restaurants and even kinesiologist studio are within walking distance, just down the stair path. The host was so kind to enable early check in let me leave the luggage while exploring the city. There is a terrace with natural shade of vine leaves with harbour views, very cute turtle couple and a lovely bird :) There was even nescafe for the guests. Highly recommend and thank you Diana for making my stay comfortable!

Very friendly helpful host, early checkin was possible, quiet, great location 10 min walk to ferry terminal and 15 min to bus terminal, 40 min walk to old town but bus route only 5 min away and frequent buses. Had room with a bathroom and excellent shower and aircon. Shared fridge and kettle with tea/coffee available.

Spacious, clean room with a balcony that has a nice view of the port. Easy walking distance to both the ferry port and the main bus station. Appreciated that the room was available early.

It’s a little far from old town, but Diana helped us with navigating Dubrovnik’s transportation network.

The air condition was a bit weak and difficult to set the right temperature but it worked fine! :)

We really liked our rooms, spacious and comfy. One of our rooms also had a beautiful balcony with a view over the harbor. There's also a cute garden with a good shade to hide from the summer sun. The hosts were extremely friendly and they let us check in early as the rooms were ready. The only downside of the house (but then again, that's the downside of whole Dubrovnik... :D ) is that it's not fully accessible by road - we managed to reach the street below it with a stroller and then had to carry it up the last stretch of stairs. But even this is perfectly fine for walking people, it's part of the Dubrovnik experience :)) The neighborhood is residential and very nice and quite, but 5 minutes away, you can find the lively harbor area with many restaurants and shops, bakery, a great playground - anything you might need. We chose it to stay close to the bus station as we were just passing by on our way to Montenegro, but I think you can reach the old town pretty easily by public transport.

Excellent stay , very friendly host Quiet area , nice view We planned celebrating our 51 st anniversary with sunset cruise but it got cancelled due to bad wheather storm , I’m glad we chose to come anyway because room was perfect and stay very comfortable

Remarkable B&b, close to the ferry port, spacious, spick and span and fully equipped. Diana was super welcoming and caring, I really enjoyed my stay there, however brief it was. Highly recommended.
