Tv channels are very limited. The Internet is not very fast and cut out sometimes. Parking s car on public street. Buy a ticket every 3 hours during the day.

Unfortunately the wifi signal on the 3rd Floor is very weak. I don't know how it works in other rooms. I had to use my own wifi transfer which was limited. What is more, the street is very noisy in the night. The windows are not so soundproof so you can hear people, cars, alarms (2 nights in the row we heard alarms - a few times per one night) etc. We were a little sad that TV in the room has not connection with wifi (possibility of watching more than only a few channels), but I think that this issue is not important for most guests. We paid attention to this because we would like to watch some football match. What is also not good - we had weak pressure of water in bathroom. It was hard to wash long hair but it was possible. Only we need more time ;) Overall hotel is so good but I think that in this price these things should be improved.

Polite stuff, good contact with reception before arrival. Tasty breakfast (salt / sweet options). Everybody can find something for herself/himself. Nice and clean room. Comfortable beds.

The check out is a little early to rush - 10 AM. We'd like to stay until other places - until 12. If we'd knew it will be a holiday next day, I wouldn't have to wake up at 8 AM to proceed for paying the parking in the App.

The room was very clean. We were happy to do the late check out because we arrived at 2 AM. We found also a parking spot right in the front of the hotel. The desk manager was very kind and helpful, everything went very smooth and the check in was filled digitally, including the signature. Good mattress, spacy room, nice bathroom.

Room was ground floor towards the street, but it was actually not as loud as I feared. Worst however was, that I booked a mini-bus transfer from Hotel to Airport and was told I could pay the 4000Forint fee also upon arrival in Airport by card. When arriving the taxi company insisted on me paying 9000Forint (instead of 4000Ft). Why wasnt I informed about this in the Hotel? The more that I proposed paying directly in the Hotel?

Room was functional and a very good bed. Hotel is very close to Kelt railway station and in a pretty quiet side street.

The checking in process seems unnecessarily complicated for travelers. One of the beds was quite shaky.

Due to the architecture of the building, the hotel doesn't' offer that many "shared" spaces, only the lobby that is always "open". It could have been nice to have an additional set of towels.

We stayed 3 nights at the Bristol Hotel, for our Easter break. The hotel provides a very good breakfast buffet with a good variety of options and a convenient schedule (until 10am). The staff was very polite and always available. The payment was made directly through booking.com and there wer no hidden fees. The room decoration has a contemporary touch and is well maintained. All usual and necessary amenities were available at the room (sewing kit, shower caps, slippers, ect apart from a robe). We appreciate the courtesy tea and water available in the the room all days. Additionally, since it was Easter, the Hotel was kind and left a "happy holidays" card and a chocolate. The location doesn't pose a problem. If you don't want to walk (as we did the 3 days), despite not staying at the heart of the city center, you have metro station and many public bus stops on the whereabouts.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 day. First of all, the lady sitting at the reception was an amazing person. She was really kind and helped me a lot . The location of the hotel is also really good. It was close to the train and bus terminal and the breakfast was amazing.

You can find flaws in any hotel, but in this case, even if they were - they were not conspicuous and did not annoy me. I had a good impression of the city and the hotel did not spoil it.

I would like to emphasise the location of this hotel, it seems to be in a not very beautiful place, but there are a lot of opportunities around - from walking to the best croissants in the city, etc. I was also very pleased with the Easter menu and the personalised greetings, it was the little things that I remembered!

Just the bed mattress was firm.

I liked that it was close to the train station and the city center, the room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the area was quiet.

Really minor (or personal) things. They provided us with two small covers while we'd much more prefer one large. Bed also had tendency to move slightly if we sat by the wall side. Location was reasonable, easy access to buses and metro and even walk to centre was fine, but definitely wouldn't call it a highlight of the hotel. Definitely a lot of people in the area that made us uncomfortable, but TBH it was true in most parts of Budapest.

Breakfast was probably highlight. It was really good selection, very tasty, I'd probably say — excluding really fancy hotels — this one was the best we've been to. Even coffee was fairly good (and I'm peculiar about it…) and tea selection was superb. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, really clean, big enough. Staff was nice and helpful too. Overall one of better stays we had :)

WiFi signal in the rooms was disappointingly weak, although strong downstairs. Upon entering the room, it felt slightly chilly and took some time to warm up. However, the heating system was too loud to sleep with it on. I found the scent of the hand soap in the room unpleasant but this is rather a personal preference!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was conveniently close to multiple bus and metro stops. The sheets and towels were impeccably clean. The deluxe room offered a comfortable bed size. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Didn’t like that there was no manual lock from the inside of the room (just automatic locking). The shower basin leaked quite a lot.

Staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The room was amazing value for the price. Check in and out was very easy. Hotel is relatively far walking distance from most attractions (30 minutes ish) but public transport is so reliable and easy to use that the location was not an issue whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.
