Everything was great, A little thing that bothered us but is not a deal breaker is that there are single blankets and not double ones. But the rest us great

I am sensitive to smells and alergic to perfumes. On the first night i got all itchy becouse the staff spraied a perfume on the bed. But we asked for new pillows and covers and it was better.

The breakfast has very limited vatiety that I’d recommend not getting it and having anything from the restaurants around. Another receptionist was SUPER RUDE, that I was extremely confused how an unpolite person like her works as a receptionist!

The location of the hotel is perfect, one and only one of the receptionists was nice and she upgraded our room into a bigger and better one. Thanks to her.

Space near bed was a bit tight , breakfast was ok but selection of the warm food could of been better!

Got a bottle of water only on the first day, need to take a closer look at the bed sheet's cleanliness and towels, Need to have better pillows (more choices) and my mattress was a little sag.

It is a great location on the beginning of Vatchi Street, so quieter and still next to everything. Connecting rooms were big enough, warm (was very cold outside) The rooms are looking very good, the staff was also nice, and the room was pretty clean (still found hair on the blanket cover sheet)

Room was clean when I arrive but during my stay the floors were not washed properly. This is the only minus. Other than that everything was good.

I have stayed 2days. Room was quite small. But it was not a big problem for me. AC and heating was really good. Location is great. In a 30min of walking I could visit all the attractions, shops, historical places. Breakfast was good and enough for me. The girls at the reception were very helpful. In total I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

Location is greta. Breakfast is good. Room is little small. I was over billed by booking. My friend checked in in the same day I did and she got same rate I got for single for double room with breakfast.

The room had a weird smell, I think it’s from old pipes but it wasn’t ideal to opet a window in -1 weather. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well.

I loved the designf of the hotel, the staff was very kind. It was clean.
