For a week of vacation for some reason never cleaned the room and did not change towels, although the bed was changed 1 time

Hotel is beautiful, new, nicely decorated. the rooms are beautiful, modern, with all the necessary equipment for a vacation ... the beds are comfortable, we enjoyed it very much. The Food in the restaurant is very good and varied. Staff tries to be friendly. there was enough of everything for all. The saunas are great, the swimming pool is well decorated. thank you, we will come again!

Hair on the bed sheets, and they didn't change the sheets in 5 nights we staid there. No tea, coffee or water in the rooms, we drank tap water from 22.00- 08.00 when the bar/ restaurant was closed. Mini bar was not included, car parking was not included in the all inclusive. The lift broke down for 2 days which was very inconvenient and other technical problems.

I would just sell chips and nuts in lobby bar - would be great complement to drinks .) Matresses are extremely soft compared to other hotels.

The hotel is comfortable, warm rooms and pools ( april time) , quiet, nice surroundings , super and quality food choises, v very clean , enough parking space, kind staff. o.p. The staff speaks only hungarian and understand a bit german language . They dont understand english and if you ask anything else they cant comunicate or answer except one or two persons in reception. They are kind but in my opinion need language courses. 😊

We did not like juices and coffee during breakfast, lunch and snakes time.As well as an extra charge for parking. Since this was an all inclusive arrangement parking should have been included in the price. Everything else was perfect.

Deluxe room, but the bath is very small, and there is not even a protective wall or curtain, after taking a shower everything pours on the floor

The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy area not far from the lake, just 5 minutes walk away. Large parking. Restaurant at the highest level, every day a diverse menu and delicious food

Beds - the mattress is too soft, for us it was very uncomfortable.

Nice stuff in the lobby, beautiful area and not so far from the center of the village, few minutes from the bus station. The food was ok (I am pescatarian so I didn’t had too much options, but I had and it was ok). Very good size of the room. Important to say that we thought it will be romantic place, but it’s not, 98% of people are elderly people and the vibe is more “medical”.

Lobby bar service...You sit at the bar..no one notices you..the staff walks around you and pretends not to see you..worst part of the hotel.

Dogs are tolerated, but not so much welcome and the Hotel charges a lot for a pet. Location : 20 minutes walk to the center.

They stop serving dinner at 7 pm, which is a little tricky if you are exploring the area and do not wish to have such an early end to your evening. Also, while it is great they allow dogs, this will cost 40 EUR for a night ( even for the smallest of dogs), which, if you take the full board with two persons per room and calculate how much out of that goes for food is probably more than the night you pay as a person.

Nice, newly refurbished rooms with a pleasant addition of a balcony. It's a well-kept hotel.

It is a very nice location (in the woods), close to the Ady utca bus stop. Around 10 minutes walk to the lake. They serve delicious ice cream for dinner and the overall range of food is good. The spa is small but clean and not crowded. I can definitely recommend the place.
