The WiFi was not stable enough for audio/video calls. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the hand soap dispenser contained only water. I had to walk to the reception to get some, but they provided it.

Parking on the street was free. It was generally quiet during the night, and the air conditioning was also silent.

The weather wasn't really good during the weekend, rainy and windy, forint is not easy to handle, with the exchange rate being very bad in some places. There were some blood stains on the bed sheets.

Public transportation is excellent, the staff was really helpful with providing informations, the city itself is really nice, clean, the food is delicious. Lots of bars and restaurants with great atmosphere.

The light in the bathroom kept turning off, which was a bit annoying. Also, there was only one strong light in the bedroom, with the lamps near the bed not working.

We parked on the street, near the property. The bus station is right in front, so it is easy to go to the city center. The room is small, but comfy and clean. The staff is very polite.

. The reception is located in a different building about 100 meters away, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were no breakfast options, no sauna (as it was said on their page ) and for a group of four, we only had three coffee cups available.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The location is great, as it's close to the city center and offers private parking, which was very convenient. The apartment setup was ideal for two couples, providing enough privacy for everyone.

Their secure parking was all booked and we had to park on the street in front of the property. The shower curtain was quite dirty had bits of hair and dirt, the room was otherwise clean. The bedding seemed clean but quite old, the bed sheet had small holes in it. No breakfast and dinner was available. Despite being on the outskirts of Budapest we could not find an open restaurant in the area to have dinner on a Saturday evening, or anywhere for breakfast. Even the ones advertised on Google were closed. So it was very strange. We found an Aldi supermarket 30min walk away and we bought readymade dinner and some breakfast for the morning.

Convenient location in a pretty residential area near the motorway, cat and dog friendly. Helpful staff who speak good English. Nice enough room with air conditioning, small fridge and microwave and balcony.

We stayed in the second building, they need to work on the walkway. It is uneven.

Great value for what you pay. Room had good A/C nice terrace adequate bathroom. Bus #53 right out front. We had a car you can park on the street for free and its safe. By Hungarian Panzio standards the room is very nice with a microwave, kettle, glasses, and some cutlery.

There were no downsides to speak of, and the price-to-quality ratio was excellent.

Everything was good. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The price-to-quality ratio was outstanding, making the stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room included everything needed to make tea, adding a nice touch to the experience. The shower head did not fit the connection to hold the shower head so you had to hold onto it while washing. The whole place could do with a bit of maintenance, especially the bathroom fittings and shower screen doors.

It was nice and quiet location. There was a bus stop opposite the accommodation. Did not see any place to eat out near by but there was a microwave oven and water kettle with limited cutlery.

The staff does not smile, not a friendly kind. Mattresses on the beds are very old,and need change. Walls are too thin. It is not a problem that we heard people talking, but other inappropriate noises for children during the night were a problem because they even woke us all up. So,the walls are definitely too thin. None of the night lamps worked so no reading before sleep.

We liked that we had a parking space even though it is 7e/day. The room was clean and comfy,ok for the family of 4. The location is bearable although it is further than expected,but transportation in Budapest is excellent.
