In the bathroom we had a small problem with the showerhead. After telling the reception, we were told they were waiting for a new part to replace it. Found a way to shower anyway.

The hotelroom was very clean. It had all the facilities you might need.As well the room was quiet so you could sleep well. Regarding the breakfast a lot of choice.

The gym/workout room. There are dumbbells but no bench. Plenty of room for a bench and they're not too expensive to purchase. Internet is terrible...one bar at times.

The staff was great and all spoke good English. The rooms were more than comfortable and excellant bedding and pillows. They have underground parking that is secured via a gate. There are restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful with lot of options.

I was a little disappointed by the breakfast , it was nice in taste and nicely presented , but hardly any variety from day to day , and after a few days of pretty much the same it got somewhat boring .

The very pleasant and truly exceptional service , we got lots of help and very kind attention from the reception !, the excellent , beautiful room with all the necessary to feel very comfortable . and the spa on the roof , the jacuzzi was top notch! Would gladly recommend this hotel !

Nothing really. The location is off the beaten path, in the less fancy neighbourhood by Keleti Station, but we enjoyed the shabby chic vibe around (and the hotel itself is beautiful and new). The train station nearby came handy as part of the group arrived by train from Vienna.

The deluxe apartments were beautiful, clean, spacious enough and comfortable. The rooftop spa is a nice addition, our teenagers enjoyed the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good, too, and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Our stay at the hotel in Budapest was absolutely wonderful. Even before our arrival, Vanda – the lovely lady from reservations – made an exceptional impression. She provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel and kindly fulfilled our not-so-small requests with warmth and professionalism. ❤️ The hotel is located in the wider city center and offers a garage and wellness area (available at an additional cost). Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and came with a balcony and a small kitchenette, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was more than generous – varied, fresh, and delicious. We honestly wish we had stayed longer. Spending an entire day just relaxing at the hotel wouldn’t have been a bad idea at all. Highly recommended!

Is not that I didn't like but is a bit far away from center. We used Bolt a lot to go or return to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station and has also very close a bus station. Anyway the aria is extremely quite and wonderful. Parking place was also good.

Hot tub and sauna were not free to use, we did pay on one of the days. Its was ok but not anything great. Nice view from the balcony however.

The air conditioning system in the room was completely out of our control. It kept turning on and off by itself and was constantly set to 15 degrees, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Despite informing the staff several times, the problem was never resolved.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I really appreciated how functional and well-organized everything was, making my stay much easier. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Also, the staff were extremely kind and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is nice, tidy, clean. The room was really big, the beds were comfortable, the only annoying thing was the air conditioning, because it couldn't be turned off completely. The breakfast was okay, only the bread could have been fresher. The hotel has a good location if you want to be close to the Puskas Arena and the park, and it's quite a walk to the center. There is also a shop a few meters away from the hotel. It's great that the hotel has an underground garage.

Rooms are spacious, the kitchen had everything you would want - plates, glasses, a bottle opener etc There was a stove, a kettle, microwave and a fridge. The hotel has a very good location - easy to get anywhere by either train, bus or the metro station. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

Breakfast could be a bit better with more variety. Scrambled eggs were a bit cold and hard as bricks. Also the bread and rolls were very dry. Most likely they were fried the day before, and that is not good advertising. So if you could arrange for warmer scrambled eggs, and fresh bread then it would be very good. Their coffee machine was excellent.

UNIQUE CONCEPT WITH SMALL BUT FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN SOLUTION. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEY DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE I HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY. I WANT TO CHANGE ROOM DUE TO POOR INTERNET, AND THEY DID IT WITHIN 1 HOUR. WITHOUT EXTRA COSTS FOR A LARGER ROOM. THIS IS MY 3RD STAY IN BUDAPEST WITH DIFFERENT HOTELS.
