Honestly everything was truly perfect.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly equipped (from the kitchen - of different sizes depending on the type of the room- to the bathroom and the bedroom itself) well kept and extremely clean (the daily cleaning service allows you to find the rooms as on the first day everyday). The swimming pool is extremely relaxing, and the gym (being open 24/7) has everything you may need. The open common area is lovely. The breakfast is top notch with its variety and quality of the food and service. The whole team (no one excluded!) is the most polite, mannered and prepared we’ve ever encountered (keep in mind that we were staying with a two year old, and they provided anything that we needed and were always ready to help, they even provided us with a child-sized bathrobe!). Lastly, on my father’s birthday, without asking or mentioning, when he got back to his room he found a lovely birthday card with a piece of cake and a bottle of Prosecco sent by the Front Office Team: this is the type of things that really make a difference and make you appreciate the attentive and precise work of the staff! Honestly, the hotel and the staff made our holiday go beyond our expectations, even making us decide to spend much more time at the hotel that we had envisioned! I could not recommend it more!

Excellent central location, great taste in interior design, the relax garden at the entrance is a gem. The junior suite is spacious and excellently designed, very convenient. Great taste in the selection of the minibar items! The personnel is impeccably polite and helpful!

Basically, nothing. Only sometimes, it took them too long to prepare the omlettes and the coffee, so we had to remind them.

The service and attention of the staff, the central location, the beautiful spacious rooms having everything you could have thought of (even a separate magnifying mirror for makeup use), the luxurious design, the comfort and abundance of spa facilities, and the great variety of foods at breakfast 😀

I had a great stay, was already my second time there. The room was amazing and the "a la carte" breakfast was a big plus. The staff is very nice and helpful and I recommend going to the pool, especially during the cold season.

Bathroom exhaust fan is loud and it is connected to the lights. Very irritating and loud to hear when you don’t need it. It should have its own switch. Unnecessary to have on when not taking a shower.

We were warmly welcomed and quickly settled into our room which had a lovely bottle of prosecco and a note welcoming us and for our anniversary celebrations - such a lovely touch. The bed was so comfy. Soundproofing was great. Spa clean and warm. Lovely view from balcony. Great location. Everything you could want and more. Would stay again.

The bed was missing its bed frame and there was literally a space between the actual bed and the wall, which was empty which seemed odd and not fitting at all for 5 stars, the pool was small and also the mattress was not very comfortable to sleep on, the location was easy to reach via Bolt taxi, however it didn’t feel safe at all to walk by.

The room was quite spacious and clean, also had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. new York caffe is also near.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay for our weekend city break

Gorgeous hotel, location was just outside the busy part of the city but it was an easy walk. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Breakfast each morning was in the restaurant, buffet with the option to order hot breakfast also. We ordered a suite which turned out to be a two bedroom apartment, had all the amenities to stay comfortably for a week! Full mini bar and room service available, TV can access Netflix, Disney and Prime.

It was all great no problems.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Our room was lovely. The hotel was location was excellent, we managed to walk everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and a wide range on offer. Would recommend as a great place to stay in Budapest.

The junior suite was fantastic. Great kitchen area to cook if there for a longer stay. The fitness centre & pool are fab. The location was perfect. Walking distance of all the great restaurants, bars and tourist areas.
