Incredibly noisy, specially if you stay down stairs, i also did not have hot water for the duration of my stay. When I did complain they tried to fix it but it wasn’t successful. The last day of my stay I finally managed to get some hot water. Just a little disappointing. The place also does not look like the pictures anymore, some of the sunbeds and loungers have been warn out and have some holes so you can see the property is not well maintained. However, I must add, I dont think anyone stays there for luxury. Mostly just surfers looking for a bed to sleep in. Rooms were clean

I think the bathroom could use a bit of work as it is slightly outdated and small. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but as a free meal it was okay. These were my only complaints in what was otherwise an awesome stay.

Staff were super friendly here and helped me out with my booking after I messed up the dates. The rooms were actually really comfortable considering what you pay for, and were very spacious. Great pool area and location (short scooter ride to Bingin Beach and anywhere really in Uluwatu).

Location is great. Only a short walk to Bingin Beach and in the midst of nice restaurants and bars. Cool setup and nice rooms. Bathrooms could do with a makeover though. Nice staff too.

Like most of the other reviews say. Some of the bathrooms stink a little. It's a pretty busy corner, so can be a little noisy, but that comes with being right in the heart of Bingin.

Great spot. Just 10 mins walk to bingin. The pool is a very nice place to chill. The breakfast is really good and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The construction next door was very frustrating. It was going at all sorts of hours and was super loud right next to the pool. This should be advertised on booking.com so people are aware and can decide if they want to spend the same amount somewhere a little further out of town to have peace and quiet

The room was super standard, Nothing extra, just the basics. The price 45 euros was high compared to Bali in general. But everything on the bukit is ridiculously expensive.

The Inn is next to a very busy road. Lots of noise. The pool is therefore less attractive.

Only one electricity plug per room is not a good guest accommodation planning. Other plug for fridge. But at least we have very small fridge there!

The pool area

Great price value for money for New Year’s Eve. The room was clean could not fault the cleaniness and so was the bathroom had a fridge but no safe. Aircon worked perfectly basic breakfast included and was great for what I paid to be included. Only recommendations would be they need to Clean the pool Area up. Usually in Bali gardens are kept beautifully but this did lack here. It had sun loungers to chill out on by the pool but had a cabana with a big mattress that was over grown and full of mould so was not used at all. Other than that would recommend for a short stay.

Room wasn't what we expected (would be ok if we didn't have a baby) Was a little bit hard to communicate via the messages, but once we were at the hotel staff were. very helpful. We had a bit of trouble with the lights that wasn't working, but the manager organised someone to fix the light as soon as we made him aware of the problem.

Simple hotel with veery good location and pool area. Manager was very helpful when we pointed out some issues with our room.

Very good breakfast staff were all very helpful and very welcoming. An excellent location. Highly recommend Bingin beach just a 10 minutes walk away. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable the best we slept in during our 3 wk holiday in Bali. There is a lovely outdoor garden and pool to use.
