Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Capsules can get a bit warm when the AC is turned down during the day.
Very simple capsule hostel within walking distance to the airport. Great for starting or ending a Bali trip and also great to have as a hub when discovering the surrounding areas. The staff here is fantastic and also has great idea when it comes to planning your trip.

Oh my god my best hostel experience ever, Freddy is very nice, polite, and helpful! If you check in in the late night he will be the one behind the front desk, I talked to him about my plan, and he helped me book a shuttle bus to port which saves me a lot of money, and he even woke me up, booked the Gojek for me, to help me getting there right on time, I definitely recommend this place! Oh and the location is very good, it’s about 15mins walk from the airport, the cleanliness is very good as well, I really like it!!

The capsules are so cosy, light inside, big comfy bed and a plug next to you. What more could you want! The staff working were AMAZING, I checked in super late at night and someone was working and it was no problem. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond.

The common area is a bit small.
Close to the airport. Wifi works well. Comfortable bed mattress and privacy curtains. Clean toilets.

Small dorms, and it gets crowded with 6 people and their suitcases.
It is near the airport, walking distance. Very friendly staff, clean sheets, comfy beds.

Amazing staff (not sure of his name, but he stayed up all night and allowed for a smooth and easy checkout for our super early flight). Facilities are also top notch. Capsules are on the cosy side, but still very good to store your baggage just before a flight. Hostel is within walking distance of airport departures which is biggest +. Warungs around the corner if you need some quick food.

No elevator, so you must bring your suitcases by stairs. Too cold in the dorm, aircon is always on on 23 degrees.
Location is perfect, you can walk to the airport in 10 mins. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed and very clean sheets. Good value for money.

All good.
I stayed just one night in the hostel, really close to the airport, which was what I was looking for. Bed is comfortable, the place is quiet, good to have a rest.

This hostel is just a 10-15 minutes walk from the airport, in a nice area with many Warungs nearby. Is really clean, and the hosts are amazing. There is NO smell of cigarettes in the common area as some people write that it in the reviews!! I stayed here for 4 days cause I was sick and they always asked if I need something. Thank you! :)

The located was a little bit difficult to find but it is excellent to go the airport in the next days, it is 12 min walking. And there was free water to consume in the accommodation.

Having to leave.
Everything 🙂 the cute pool, super comfy bed, privacy with curtain, lovely & clean, big kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, free water, tea & coffee 👍 great location 15mins walk to the airport, 10-15mins to kuta centre by bike taxi. Loads of great places to eat nearby. But what made this hostel special were the staff especially Rosie ❤️ & her husband..

This was a great hostel that felt like a cosy homestay with a very nice owner. It is located only 5 min from the intl terminsl by car so a great hostel to sleep one night before or after a flight. The bed is cosy and u get ur own capsule and privacy with curtains. Lockers in the room under the beds. Many toilets and showers outside the room. I would def stay here again.
