Requested Anniversary set up which acknowledged upon reservation - Not done as promised. Shower in the room too slow AC not function well. At night too hot unable to adjusted. Reported once nothing changed.

Bed type not as per preference. The smell of cigarette was very strong even at non-smoking floor (you may want to consider free smoking zone in the entire rooms). You can have a smoking zone outside the hotel coz even your towel smell had a smell of cigarette. Room interior looks old, need renovation.

Only one of the three computers at the front desk was manned and the checkin was slow. The swimming pool closed at 6PM! Breakfast was supposed tp be served at 6, but there was noone at the front desk and the employees were all asleep on the sofas in the lobby!!!

5 stars hotel with beautiful building, swimming pool and nice decorations. The room, wifi and Internet is good. Easy to get transportation via Grab.

aside from welcome drink, the staff offered no help to bring our luggage, we have better experience for this on cheaper hotel the room also outdated lot of choice in the buffet, but average taste

Hotel is beautifully designed but older and poorly managed. Lots of overdue repairs (broken things in room, frayed bedsheets), breakfast lacking in quality, variety and hygiene (roaches living underneath the big coffee pot and seen running around every morning), murky pool also in disrepair. Can't compete with newer places at this price.

No help with the luggage. Room was worn out. Wallpaper peels of the wall. Booked for two : no towels, toilet products just for one person. Breakfast is not worth the price.

The water in the washroom is murky and smells funny. They kept forgetting to change the towels. The coffe for breakfast is horrible.

If you are looking for a 4-5 stars alike hotel you come to the right placr, but don't expect a true international 4-5 stars hotel service standards

The room AC was ineffective, and mosquitoes were an issue. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell in the room. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par, and I would not recommend dining at the hotel. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining room left much to be desired, especially during breakfast.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which improved the overall experience. The hotel's central location was convenient, and the availability of internet was a plus.

Please do check the pastry area, the place where donuts are. The other day, something smelly. Maybe the smell came from the display board where the donuts are.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Welcome drinks also provided. Breakfast buffet was great & plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of cafe & some restaurant within walking distance.

Bed sheets where very dirty. Breakfast (noodles en fried patatos) where cold. We only stayed one night and it was already late so we did not ask the staff for new sheets. Unfortuanlty the pool was under maintenance without us being informed beforehand.

We had asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately we were given a smoking room. Non-smoking rooms were not available as the hotel was fully booked (Friday night)
