Service is terrible - it’s all via WhatsApp and they quickly say no to all requests. If you go down and ask it’s a different response - this happened 3 times to us - asking for a lighter for candles, late check out and room cleaning. Brekkie is only one dish per person order - at £170 a night I’d expect more than one waiter for the whole hotel and someone to make me a coffee at least! Shower only stay hot for a few mins, then you wait out the few mins of cold, then warm again etc. Lounge is outdoor and every day after cleaning gets fungus due to the mopping. House cleaning doesn’t replenish anything from shower gel to cotton buds. Was made to feel a burden for asking vs the usual ‘certainly’ you should get from hotels!

The ac was not so good. It was weak . The hot water took long time to be ready. And there was a gas leak in one of the containers which we notice early on.

I like the view and the design of the villa. It was better then I expected in that area and loved the value for it . I would decently recommend it while taken into consideration the few small things like the ac powrt ...

Club music blasting in the reception/restaurant at 11 am. I booked this place for its tranquillity and nature so the music was very unsettling and disappointing. Breakfast was average and you must pay for coffee separately. During the rain water runs into the kitchen & living room area, bedroom is sealed so that’s fine. It wasn’t a big deal for me as I threw some towels on the floor but can be a problem for some. Could do with a full size mirror as the bathroom mirrors aren’t doing the job. Bad lighting in bathroom if you wanna do your make up. Pool needs cleaning. Construction site nearby but far enough for noises to be dimmed.

Very very private, beautiful design, perfect view and nice pool. Nice shower and bath in the bathroom. Plants all over the place so don’t be surprised to have visitors like frogs, lizards and bugs. You’ll need a scooter to move around as it’s rather secluded. Kind staff that responded to all my requests quickly :) drinking water delivered daily, free drinks and snacks in the fridge, equipped kitchen if you wish to cook (just no kitchen towels).

Living in close proximity to nature, there might be the occasional friendly cats and critters that pop-by for a visit!

Beautifully designed architecture, overlooking impeccable views. Great attentive service by the staff, especially Citra and Candra, who have been full of smiles and made our stay absolutely lovely. We would certainly love to be back!

It appears as it is tiered. The location is away from everything. You need a taxi to go anywhere.

Property is high-endish but needs renovation. Kitchen sink was on the verge of being broken and smelled damp and moldy. There were 3 tvs, but only one with streaming capabilities. Location is not the best. There is a very narrow, dark road to the "main" one that is incredibly busy and barely any room for pedestrians.

Rooms, outdoor living area and private pool area were really awesome. Staff was helpful and upgraded us to another room when we told them about an a/c problem. Breakfast (semi-buffet) was pretty good. Relatively close to a wide variety of restaurants.

Great hospitality was a wonderful bonus at this place. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay. As for the facilities, the bathroom was fantastic, featuring a beautiful bathtub and a rainfall shower. The beds were also very comfortable!

There were many issues with the hot water in my villa, the gas had to be changed four times and in my week long stay I only had two short hot showers. They were always quick to attend to it but in the end I felt annoying having to bring it to their attention daily so I just stuck to cold showers. Little things like restocking of daily essentials (coffee, toilet paper) were missed occasionally. The spa was a very disappointing experience (late, staff talked the whole way through and a below average massage) and doesn’t reflect the elegance of the rest of the villa - definitely recommend walking up to Zahra Spa instead for a much better experience and a fraction of the cost. All in all, I would stay again for a shorter period but am glad to have booked the villa at a discounted rate as I would have been disappointed paying full price.

A truly hidden away experience in beautiful villas. I really enjoy being in nature so the layout of the kitchen and lounge being outdoors was welcoming although prepare for creatures & mosquitos in company too! The private pool was so luxurious and I caught some beautiful sunsets from my villa. Breakfast choices were excellent and delicious. The staff were all very lovely, attentive and friendly.
