Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel gives you the feeling of a bit outdated and not perfectly clean. The breakfast had limited options.

One has to remember that it is on T2 since there is no signage as far as I could see.
great hotel for a short ( or Long ) lay-over between flights due to a great location ( terminal 2 ) , accessable via the train transport between arrivals and T2. Good size rooms with good beds, clean and comfy badrooms. Friendly staff and a wake-up call for transfer bus to next flight.

The rooms are quite basic and not very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is expensive for what it offers. Suitable only if you need a place to rest between flights.
The hotel is located inside the airport, which makes it convenient for transit stays.

Appearance is a bit aged. Although not actually dirty, it has the look of a place that you would expect to be dirty.
Can’t beat the location inside the airport and right next to the domestic departure terminals. Breakfast was pretty decent and opens at 3 AM.

It took nearly an hour to be checked in and we were all exhausted. Just a lot of people waiting and not a great queuing system. This needs to be improved.
We were picked up straight from the airport and taken to the hotel which was less than ten minutes away and still inside the airport. Ideal for an overnight stay before our internal flight the next day. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean and fairly modern. Food in restaurant was good and well priced. Good choice for breakfast. Easy to jump on SkyTrain for our train the next morning. Staff were friendly. Good shower. Good value compared to some of the other airport hotels. Airport pick up was included and very efficient.

This is the best place to stay if you need to stay near the airport, the convenience is unrivalled, it's right next to the skytrain so you can get to any terminal. The breakfast is good and starts at 3am so you can always have it even if your flight is very early. They are very flexible and you can pay to stay an extra few hours if you need to (as I did). The room is comfy and you don't get any airport noise.

The rooms are in one single line and we had to walk a very long distance to get to the rooms allocated to us.

The hotel layout is wider than taller so you’ll have to walk a bit far to get to your room. The staff are helpful with the luggages, though.
It’s located within the airport so it’s a very convenient for long layovers. They allow you to avail free breakfast on your preferred time.
