Like the other reviews say, definitely needs some maintenance, our AC was leaking twice however the staff immediately came to fix it, though only with duct tape. The bathtub had some stains and I'm unsure if they vacuumed the bathrooms as there was bits and pieces on the floor. Only these small details don't make me give it a 10 but for the rest it was great!

Kind staff, nice hotel in good location, very affordable and it has secuirity guards at the entrance which is also great. Breakfast was nice with many options but the space is a bit small. Nice rooftop pool and nice structure in general.

Shower pressure was poor, towels threadbare, pool was in shade so was cool, swim up bar closed at 4.

Food is expensive while taste is not up to the standard. Portions are also smaller than expected in that price range.

I felt the staff needed a little more training, they often took a long time to complete requests and the speaker didn’t work at the pool so there was no music.

I like that the location is good, walking distance to restaurant, shops. Room has been renew, bed size is super king size . Comfy.

Room was located beside a very noisy pump that would go off through the night making it hard to sleep. I was also woken up by housekeeping coming around early in the morning being quite noisy.

The location was absolutely perfect , right in the heart of everything. Surrounded by restaurants, spas, coffee shops, and bars, it made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

No hot water in the bathroom, mould around the edges of the bath and curtain that pulls down for privacy. Our room used to be a connecting room so could hear the neighbours very clearly. Had to ask a couple of times for the room to be cleaned. Edging of the pools need fixing some of the wooden slacks were wobbly and the jacuzzi pool was broken our whole 9 days. Breakfast was not great.

Great location to restaurants, cafes and beaches. Pools are nice.

A little bit dated in some parts of hotel, but can see they are constantly working and upgrading everything.

Love the big pool surrounded by nature, creeping plants and trees. Also the swim up bar. Loved the experience and amenities. Would definitely recommend!
