Could definitely do with a few updates in the rooms (eg. Fridge not working properly and very old, old kettle, silicone around the shower needing redoing - so the water doesn’t come out while showering), but overall it was a great value. It’s a shame that the hard rock hotel was so loud till very late as you can hear it very clearly from the room we were In

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very nice too and value for money was really good! I also liked the colours used in the bathroom and bedrooms.

The only complaint I had was the breakfast. It was a bit limited for aussies. They did make extremely good cappuccinos that were delivered to our table. I would have liked some bacon or mushrooms etc.

The location of this resort was just perfect. Its right across the road from the beach with some nice walking going both ways from the Mercure. There are so many great places to eat within walking distance from the resort. The shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk.

Some staff at rooftop pool bar was not very welcoming and cocktails were not good either. In a very busy location so can hear the traffic from the room.

Only downside was the newer staff with very limited English so it was harder to communicate compared to other places we stayed in Bali but they were all still very good

Noise from some HVAC or other system above room 332 where I was originally booked was quite intrusive. The room was not very sound proof and the system runs 24/7. I asked to be moved after the first night and the hotel gladly accommodated me. The rooms could probably use some redesign and renovation. There was a awkwardly located couch in the room which had stains on it. I would suggest removing it and putting in a table and chair instead which the room was lacking.

Nothing really, except maybe the air-con could have been a bit stronger. Also, the onsite surf shop needs more craft other than surfboards, like SUPs and kayaks/skis could be made available etc. But really nothing bad to complain about :)

The pool was the best place to relax. Drinks and food delivered to your pool chair. Amazing view over the ocean from the pool. Nice pool chairs and shade. Better than going to the beach, no harassment here :)

Need more water in the rooms, not a lot of space to put toiletries in the bathroom. Only minor issues nothing major.

Nice views from pool area, great location. security 24/7 so felt safe, they also stopped bikes and cars when entering, had guests best interests and safety front of mind, Also remembered you. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

the air conditioner is turned off every time you leave the room , so it’s very uncomfortable to wait for the room to be cool , when you’re returning from outside. the room smells musty!!! the food in the restaurant is average.

The umbrellas around the pool need upgrading. They could not be used for the last couple of days of our stay. We were told they were broken. Fortunately we had shade from some frangipani trees. Luckily it was not overly busy around the pool

The rooms were very comfortable. I would have to say that the bed was probably the most comfortable that I have ever stayed in on holidays. Room service was excellent. No request was a problem. The rooftop pool was fantastic.
