Have stayed before and was not aware property has been cut in half with a wall built across half pool area, no restaurant, room service, however jackfruit restaurant compensated for no operating restaurant on property. Would be fine if first visit but disappointing when returning and not what expected,

Staff were exceptionally helpfull even when air conditioning wasn’t working that well for the space, checked, organised fan, couldn’t fault service. Jackfruit restaurant for breakfast was the best.

No criticism of the hotel at all. Booking.com confused the payment of my first night. This meant that I had to pay again (for what I thought I had already paid for. The staff were as helpful as they could be but it seems contacting Booking.com was so difficult. It's a shame there isn't a chat link to them when there is a confusion.

The hotel is simple but very nice. The pool rooms are lovely and I imagine the private villas excellent. The staff are warm and very helpful and friendly.

The mattress really needs to be replaced. Very old fashioned and not comfortable. No kettle to make a coffee and no instructions about how to use the tv system or ac.

The lady receptionist was so lovely, it made it a wonderful start to my holiday. The rest of the staff were very helpful and full of smiles. The pool area was amazing and the pool bar was a bonus!

My wife and I both got chest infections. I asked for the aircon filters to be checked. There was a cm of grime on each filter. It looked like they had never been cleaned. Room service closes at 6 pm. There is no phone in the rooms.

Great hotel in a quiet part of Legian away from the hustle and bustle. Still easy to walk everywhere even though I travelled alone I still felt safe. The staff were lovely & super helpful. The pool access rooms are brilliant

It was a little run down, however renovations were being completed to bring it back to its former glory.

The location was brilliant, staff were amazing, so friendly and the private pool was great value. The bed was firm which I loved.

Initially there was some issues with the WiFi in the room but that was rectified to a large degree but not totally maybe it was the location of the room or the WiFi infrastructure in general.

The staff in general were courteous and very helpful and were a reasonable request was made they were willing to oblige. The room cleaning staff were great and willing to help were possible . I would like to thank reception staff for a wonderful experience .I would certainly recommend this establishment to others good facilities and wonderful people are part of a good recipe for an enjoyable stay . the restaurant staff were equally great and always willing to assist. One particular front line person I would like to thank she has a great smile and a wonderful personality the team needs more people like you BEST WISHES and GOOD LUCK

Whilst clean and tidy, it is still a little rough around the edges (but they are working on it). One or two of the staff had virtually no english, but most were good.

Food at Jackfruit cafe out the front was amazing and Fat Chow are opening there soon as well. Rooms were very clean and the bed was great. Staff were super friendly. Pool access from the ground floor rooms is fantastic. Location was good for us as it is close to a lot of places we like to frequent.

Internet could not be used between 11pm and 7am. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open.

The hotel staff were beautiful people, accommodating and generous. The rooms were of a generous size. The pool is somewhere you cam swim over to chat to people or have your own space. Extremely close to everything while on a quiet courtyard
