Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff above all was amazing, they took such good care. Breakfast was made fresh as per your order( yes the choices were limited esp if you are vegetarian but the portions were generous and the staff really took care.

Room ,pool, and it was peaceful so that was excellent plus it was walkable distance into main st of ubud but their is a small hill to navigate to and from hotel but a grab or scooter would fix that . Also a number of eating options just down the road also .

AustraliaSuitable luxury accomodation for women travelling alone. The staff were all very helpful and thoughtful while maintaining privacy. I had some parcels delivered to reception and they were happy to accept these on my behalf, and they made it so easy to communicate every aspect of my stay (in English) using WhatsApp. The location was quiet and tucked away while being close to everything you could want (by motorbike or car). Excellent bathroom with hot water, nice lighting in the room, solid air-conditioning, loved walking on the grass and the vibe of the entire place. I will definitely stay here again, thank you.

United KingdomWe do wish the breakfast menu had more variety. Also the breakfast didn't really have any juices like orange juice etc. However, the staff are very accommodating with breakfast, they let us pick and choose what we want. We just think that offering more juices and slightly more variety will help the hotel do better. The pool would benefit from good lights built into it to allow for swimming in the dark after 6. Most hotels we have come across had this. This is not a negative, just something that could be improved on. I think the pool could do with a few more chairs since it does get very crowded on some days. However, the pool is very big and good.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped with any requests we had. The size of the rooms are amazing, the bathrooms are big and it has a lot of room. The pool is big and has a lot of space. We are really glad that we booked this hotel. If we come to Indonesia, we will definitely stay in this resort.

The bungalow are spacious and the bed are comfortable. Right outside you can find a table with two chairs where we dined the first night (we ordered food from Grab and have it delivered). The pool area is sensational, with lots of palms and other exotic plants. The pool is especially relaxing as there is a little fountain coming out of the elephant-shaped statue. The breakfast area too is very beautiful, I couldn't help but taking pictures all the time. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We wanted to visit the Gili Islands and they arranged the pick up from the hotel, the boat tickets and even provided their Whatsapp number in case I had any issue. They exceeded my expectations.

BulgariaI don’t like the lizards that came in the room -some of them very big. One tip to remove them-keep the room as cold as possible. Location is ok,but keep in mind is better to have a scooter, it is not pleasant to walk when traffic is busy.
