The stairs within the property were very dangerous for young children, open design with no handle. I had to carry our two year old up and down, and we felt the need to lock their bedroom door over night.

That I only booked it for 4 nights!

From the moment we walked up the stairs, until we entered our gorgeous loft apartment ~ the check in was flawless! I requested a room that would be the least noisey and was certainly given that. Close to the lift for easy access to the stunning rooftop pool and a short walk down the amazing hallway to breakfast in the morning. I loved our comfortable bed, the included breakfast, the decor and the entire vibe of the hotel.

The service in the cafe was quite slow but this seems to be the standard in all of Bali. The toilet floor could’ve also been a bit cleaner but other than that, everything was perfect.

We loved everything about this hotel! The loft room was stunning inside and staff went the extra mile to draw on the fridge and mirror to welcome us for our anniversary. The roof top pool was the most relaxing place ever too. A particular bonus for us was the standard of the gym that was included, it was a Hyrox style gym with reformer Pilates classes. This was by far the best hotel gym I’ve ever been in! The staff went out of their way to ask for feedback on several occasions to make our stay perfect which was very refreshing. We previously seen reviews saying it’s difficult to get to the beach but we didn’t find this to be the case. There is a path right next to the beach - there was work going on at the time so this may be why it was difficult to access in the past. Overall, highly recommend!

It is not wheelchair accessible. There is no unit that has bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. There is no elevator and the staircase has no railing. Not elderly and children friendly villa.

The location is good. The establishment is new. The staffs are very accommodating. The facilities are good.

Floors could be a little cleaner and plumbing in bathrooms a little better, but service was prompt to fix those.

The villa was lovely and my toddlers enjoyed it immensely. Breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful. Staff were always warm and hospitable! Location was just a stone's throw away from Berawa beach. There was a supermarket and food options near enough with the buggy was available to pick us to and fro nearby locations. And the gym was the best - huge, well-equipped and well-maintained.

Pretty apart-hotel right next to Berawa beach and very close to Canggu, so location is pretty good and it's easy to go to different places taking a ride. The loft is very pretty, modern and functional at the same time, feels very nice to lodge in. Facilities are also up to the level, the gym is a top mark, really well equipped and able to cater for both, weight lifters and aerobic runners (saw many people not checked in the hotel using it). Breakfast is very nice, good quality food, although some people might have wished for more options and I can understand why. Very nice rooftop pool and bar area, you can easily spend a while there. Oh! And Atlas and Finns are both a short walk away. Overall very nice experience at Secana, recommended.

The only thing I would suggest is having a few kids meal options for room service as sometimes we liked to stay in at night and there weren't any options for our 4 year old. But that is being very picky. m

Great location, the staff were amazing and the 3 bedroom villas were beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the buggy was also great with a small family.

While the resort had everything you needed, with cafes and the beach in walking distance, it was in a quiet part of Canggu. A 20 min walk along the beach or a bike ride was needed to get to more lively areas.

Huge rooms, excellent rooftop pool, excellent facilities, wonderful staff.

This place is next level Bougie. The loft is stunning, the breakfast is actually 4 courses! Be prepared to fill up. Staff were super accomodating and always smiling. Rendi was adorable and always happy to help.
